“I’m sorry but I forgot the front desk ladies name but she very well saved my 4 kitties lives. She studies proper diet for cats, dogs and more. She informed me the ‘NO GRAIN’ diet is giving cats myocarditis or enlargement of the heart. I immediately took her advice and incorporated grains back into their diet. “Dr. Grow and staff were amazing. It was time for us to put our old cat Luna to rest. The veterinary clinic we usually go to was booked since this was kind of an urgent scenario. From the front desk ladies, to the technician, and Dr. Grow… Everyone was so compassionate and caring of our situation. They booked us last minute and got us right in. They explained how everything was going to go in Luna’s final minutes with us. Dr. Grow gave us all the time we needed to spend before we left. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic and Dr. Grow. “We've been going to northland animal hospital since 2020 but needed a prescription filled for my 14 year old dog and when I called them to check the status was told they no longer have a vet on staff. They suggested I contact Barry Road Animal Hospital. I called Saturday morning and they squeezed me in that day so our prescription didn't lapse. Starting with the phone call, Melissa was very kind and helpful. Dr. Ruiz gave my dog the most thorough exam my dog has ever received and listened to all our concerns regarding our aging dog. Her approach was very methodical and her treatment plan was very well thought out. Because we were changing vets, the exam was complimentary. I wasn't expecting that and feel that she went above and beyond a typical checkup. I would've happily paid for the exam and additional personal care, but left only paying for medications. I don't know what's going on with northland animal hospital, but I'm grateful that I've found Barry Road AH. We've found a new vet for our dog and any future pets. I can't thank Melissa, Dr. Ruiz, the vet assistant, and the other vet that was there enough for helping us during the uncertainty occurring at our previous clinic.”

“I like the new staff at Taylor Animal hospital. Very nice and better than my previous experience with the previous owner. Nail snipping is a bit higher than I like but I was able to see the groomer my dogs are familiar with. I will continue to support the business as long as Jen is there.”
