“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”

“I had a bank account here and I will let you know. I have always had a great experience here at Commerce Bank. The tellers really try to get to know you as a person and the service is always great. They are a really good bank. They have bathrooms for you to use, a waiting area that is clean. The have drive through tellers, and drop box and ATM. They have a private parking lot and security. I have never heard mention of anyone having trouble at this bank. I recommend you give them a try.”

“I have been with US Bank for years now, and have been happy with every location I have worked with, however, today I was extremely happy with the staff at this location. I work for a big retail company, and for some reason, our bank did not get our order for change for the store. Going into the week with just a few bands of dollar bills, and even fewer $5 bills, well, it just isn't going to work. Of course the bank the store uses doesn't have a location convenient to the store, so I was forced to call around. I found out quickly that no one wants to deal with you if you don't have an account, which is understandable. But I also found out that since my store isn't a client, even a private account wouldn't get me too far with most of the banks I had called. (I had offered to open a savings account to get this done!) Then I found a small location for US Bank just about ten minutes from my store. I spoke with Jackie and explained my situation, and she gladly helped me out. I was able to buy enough change to get my store through until the next change delivery day, and with no fees or added lip service about what they can and cannot do. Jackie just smiled and took care of me, and she saved me a lot of frustration in doing so.”

“I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.”
