“If I could give more than five stars I would. My fiancé and I were stranded after our U-Haul‘s computer did not accurately know that we were in or out of park. While we were waiting for roadside assistance, the area field manager, Michael Ostrander had happened upon our U-Haul and helped us solve an issue that would’ve otherwise taken hours in several minutes. I cannot rate this place more highly in terms of friendliness, expediency, and professionalism.”

“I bought some bird seed and stump killer. I didn't notice in the seed area some mouse droppings and traps. So be aware of any seed bags you buy maybe chewed through. The staff is knowledgeable and steered me the stump killer I needed instead of me waiting money on something else. Prices do skew a little higher for things like the birdhouses and feeders, but I would take that over high prices for feed and chemicals.”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ILMO PROPANE! Josh and Chuck gave me superior service when getting my travel trailer hooked up with PROPANE. I was about to enclose the bottom part of my camper to insulate it and had I done that and been using propane, it would've likely exploded very soon as the guys found a large leak underneath my camper. They were exceptional at finding the leak, and went above and beyond to actually fix the leak for me. This was not their job to do that, but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. That's real true customer service at its best, And something you don't find much of anymore. So I highly recommend them as they were all very professional and courteous, and did a wonderful job. I give them 100 stars!!!!”

“I have used uhaul for 30 years. I am always satisfied with the swrvice and equipment. This uhaul location was easy to find and access. The customer service agents were very polite and friendly as well as informative. I walked in gave them my last name. They found my reservation and I was out and on my way in a matter of minutes. They even turned the truck on and had the air on. Which was wonderful! It was a very hot day. Very good experience. When I returned it was the same politeness and efficiency. I will use them again.”
