“once I set up my reservation online it was maybe 5 minutes later when Richard call to assist me with getting into my unit with no issues gave me the price the total price the activation fees the administration fees and everything whereas usually people leave that part out and when you get there it's way more money than you expect but Richard told me everything up front.
From what I see so far there is no dropping the ball they have each other back there, to make sure customers are satisfied and things did not fall through the cracks follow up calls.”

“I had a few issues with the app for the truck pick up, return, and etc. There were some over the phone reps at the calls Center (2) that gave bad customer service. But overall, majority of the U-Haul workers, from the call center, Hazelwood, MO location & etc. gave phenomenal service. Thank you.”

The call line operators are responsive and very accommodating for my wants and needs. They have an amazing maintenance guy on site that has helped me out tremendously!
