From my initial phone call, then meeting with the sales associate (showing me and giving me details about my options for a bed cover), and after mentioning I was looking for a trailer, having another sales associate drive me around showing me the trailers they sale and finally the installation tech showing me the operation of the bed cover, I am VERY PLEASED!!! PLUS, they offer pretty much anything you need to pump your ride! I'm impressed!”

“Andrew and Rilan were above and beyond with customer satisfaction! They talked to us for 13 minutes on the highway with car trouble. Met us outside in the rain with a battery and alternator tester. Allowed us to change the battery with their tools. Advised us the alternator was bad but this would get us home another hour. Called our local store to verify our account even! When the jump box didn’t work used their own truck to jump us for a diagnosis. The kids were kept calm and these employees literally saved us at night at the closing hour.”

“Employees very helpful. They knew what I needed when I didn't. My description of what I needed sounded like I was totally clueless, and I was! I've never had to know anything about automotive anything because my ex husband took care of most things. Recently divorced at 40yrs old, I am learning how to figure stuff out on my own and sometimes hate asking for help because I feel like I should know the things I'm asking about and feel like I look silly.
