He was much more reasonably priced, fixed the part he could on the spot, but even more than that, he was kind. I would recommend him to anyone needing auto repair work. “In August, we relocated from New Mexico to Ozark, MO. In September, my wife and I bought a 2019 Honda pilot. Early in November, I went off the road into a ditch and I wasn’t sure who to call or where to take my car. The police officer that came to the scene recommended Crash Champions.. “The auto body staff here made my Tesla Model 3 look like brand new after a deer jumped out in front of me and completed bashed in the front passenger door, window, front bumper, and headlight area. Kyle was great to deal with, whole process was seamless, and they worked with Progressive to get me taken care of. Parts arrived relatively quick! Hopefully won’t have to my car worked on again due to deer damage (fingers crossed) but I know where I’ll be taking my Tesla for any future auto body repairs. “When I arrived alone and emotional the two young guys helped me find a wheel for $350 LESS than the dealership and they were so nice to me. I asked for a recommendation on where I could go to get the tire and wheel mounted onto my car because I was using a donut and didn't wanna drive any further than I had to. One of the guys called Plaza Tire down the road and explained the situation. They told him they were super busy but would definitely get me squeezed in. I was nervous going to a "junk yard" alone because being a woman in the last place I ventured, was not really fun. I was scared and nervous and already stressed about my car. “This is probably my second time actually needing something from this store, of course i’ve been there because one of my buddies works there and i talk with him often there. But this time was different, he wasn’t working. I walked in and was instantly greeted by Jared, he asked what i needed and immediately took time out of what he was doing to help me find the best product for what i was doing. “I recently had a four post 8k XLT lift installed. The installer Rusty was very knowledgeable and only took about 2 1/2 hours to finish. He thoroughly went over the operation and adjustment of the cables. My lift did need a slight adjustment, which was very easy and only took about 10 minutes. This is actually my second DMS four post lift. The other has been working flawlessly for over a year. I would highly recommend DMS lifts.”

“Best air filters you will ever receive. I have never seen a higher quality material inside the filter and the difference between Garco filters and Walmart are night and day. Walmart’s last a week ( not 3months ).And 3 months of Garco’s filters they still look barely used. If in need for any kind of air filter or paint arresters or even metal box filters definitely give Garco a call in Nixa Mo”

“I called ahead of time about a week in advance and described to Frank, a knowledgeable employee, what my situation was (a bent frame on a 4X4 truck) and he gave me a quote over the phone for $350. I took the truck there later and they kept me informed as they made progress and I had it back in 7 days with a $325 bill (less than quoted) and happy with the end results. Definitely would recommend taking a vehicle here for frame work. And definitely would recommend talk to Frank, he definitely knows his stuff.”
