A-1 West Self Storage is a secure and well-maintained facility with clean units and friendly, helpful staff. Customers appreciate the communication and the security features, including surveillance and gated access. Although some find the prices a bit high, the cleanliness and safety are valued benefits. The staff has been consistently kind and accommodating, even during difficult times like family emergencies. Some customers wish for extended hours or discounts for veterans, and a few feel that the prices could be more affordable. Overall, the storage units offer a positive experience with good service, security, and a supportive environment.
I had dealings w Brian the last 2 days. He was so wonderful and friendly and got me situated with my rental unit. He went far above and beyond and certainly went the extra mile. He is a tremendous asset for A1 West!

Absolutely love our experiences here at this place. I do feel like the price is a little steep for a storage unit but it is surveillanced and gated. I also wish they had a veteran bonus or extended hours for the price they charge midnight would be great.
