1905 North Glenstone Avenue, Springfield MO 65803
“The place is very clean because they have good management. The real drawback here is corporate. They like to frequently increase the rate for renters. Yet they don't want to give the management any money to repair the place or upgrade it. Be careful if you're looking for long-term storage the price may get out of hand for you.”

“This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch. The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them. Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know. They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!”

“I stored my belongings in one of their storage units for over 4 years. I found the grounds to be very well maintained and secure. I appreciated the wide drive-throughs between storage unit buildings and at the end of the units, so that you don't have to turn around. The door to the unit was smooth and easy to open. They were easy to communicate with and get ahold of if I had questions. One time I failed to get the lock on my unit all the way locked, and they let me know right away. Their price was very reasonable! Checking out at the end of my unit rental was a breeze. I would recommend using Kansas Expwy Self Storage if you need a place to store your stuff.”

“Excellent place great owner. One man show. He’s very hands on and aware of everything going on. I used this storage unit while I was between truck leases at PRIME. Very fair price. 24 hour access with gate code keypad. Large enough to maneuver a semi bobtail. Abloy locks do not fit the rollup door latched. They sell locks for around eight dollars. I will definitely use them next time.”

“I recently moved from Arkansas to Missouri. The truck arrived on time and the men went right to work. They took great care of my furniture and belongings and worked hard. Due to closing issues I had to delay the delivery by one day and they were very accommodating. Delivery went smoothly as well. I would highly recommend My Movers & Storage.”

“Cannot say enough about Joy! She was EXTREMELY helpful and made my experience one of a kind! My fiancé and I have been in the market to get a storage unit for awhile now but recently we are needing to move. Joy helped set us up with a storage unit and we got the ball rolling all in a day! This is my first time ever renting one and was pretty nervous. But, Joy helped answer all of our questions and it’s so nice knowing and seeing all the cameras around and that you have to have a PIN code to get in!”

“The best storage in the US period. Jerry is a great owner and was always willing to work with me. With all the personal issues I've had over the past 4 years I have rented through him, he has been understanding and has went out of his way to help and keep me from losing my unit. I have had issues with units from other storage facilities such as huge late fees, changing ownership, put to auction after first month, rental agreements changing, prices shooting up, units ran through; These were never an issue with Store-A-Lot. if your looking for a storage unit around the Springfield area this facility should be on top of your list!”

917 W Sunshine St, Springfield MO 65807
“Great place for storage and for renting a truck for moving. They usually waive the truck rental fee or give special discounts when you rent the the truck and the use it to move your things into one of their storage units you can usually get free truck rental or 1 month free on the truck rental. The people that run this business are so nice and carrying and realize sometimes you are having extenuating circumstances beyond your control. Like having to move due to unexpected financial or medial situations. They will work with you and treat you very humanely with compassion unlike your big commercial truck and storage rental businesses. I have used them 3 times and would highly recommend them. Thank you Sunshine Storage for working with me so well in the past.”

4231 S Weller Ave, Springfield MO 65804
“Clean, well-maintained, and convenient. Such a change from our last storage facility. We have a shorter unit than our last place but it's more than enough space and we can always rent a second one. They also maintain the lot which is nice and there's a gate entrance.”

“3610 E Kearney St Building 4, Springfield, MO 65803 My company does live load/unload here and they always give this address. This is not where we ever go. I believe you go to this one for picking up Loaded trailers and check in at building 4. If you come here by accident they can route you to the right place. 2335 Le Compte Rd, Springfield, MO 65803 1904 N Farm Rd 185, Springfield, MO 65802 These address overlap on Google. It is the parking area and security check in that we use. If you're delivering to building 6 then they will give you a phone number to call. Right now Le Compte Road is under construction. They finished the South portion and are almost done with the North portion. It's made for trucks. To get to the 1904 address you need to go 65 South, Highway YY, then Le Compte. Do not use the Kearney exit until it's finished. There is an electronic sign telling you the same info at the Kearney exit but hard to read fast enough if you weren't expecting it. Google maps shows the closure and routes you the correct way. My OTR Garmin showed the closure and routed me through it anyway which was wrong. Luckily trip planning saved me that headache. You can park overnight. Awesome restroom facilities. Keep it nice!”

“This place and places like it are what have made Springfield a great city to live in. They have been in business for over 100 years and is the models for small businesses. Cherie who took over the family business when her dad retired is doing a great job and you can tell that her employees are her number one concern. She know without great employees no company can last that long.”
