“This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch.
The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them.
Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know.
They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!”

Very fair price. 24 hour access with gate code keypad. Large enough to maneuver a semi bobtail. Abloy locks do not fit the rollup door latched. They sell locks for around eight dollars. I will definitely use them next time.”

“I stored my belongings in one of their storage units for over 4 years. I found the grounds to be very well maintained and secure. I appreciated the wide drive-throughs between storage unit buildings and at the end of the units, so that you don't have to turn around. The door to the unit was smooth and easy to open. They were easy to communicate with and get ahold of if I had questions. One time I failed to get the lock on my unit all the way locked, and they let me know right away. Their price was very reasonable! Checking out at the end of my unit rental was a breeze. I would recommend using Kansas Expwy Self Storage if you need a place to store your stuff.”

My company does live load/unload here and they always give this address. This is not where we ever go. I believe you go to this one for picking up Loaded trailers and check in at building 4. If you come here by accident they can route you to the right place.

These address overlap on Google. It is the parking area and security check in that we use. If you're delivering to building 6 then they will give you a phone number to call.
Right now Le Compte Road is under construction. They finished the South portion and are almost done with the North portion. It's made for trucks.
To get to the 1904 address you need to go 65 South, Highway YY, then Le Compte. Do not use the Kearney exit until it's finished.
There is an electronic sign telling you the same info at the Kearney exit but hard to read fast enough if you weren't expecting it.
Google maps shows the closure and routes you the correct way. My OTR Garmin showed the closure and routed me through it anyway which was wrong. Luckily trip planning saved me that headache.

“I love them a lot .. I've been behind because work in Branson and winter time comes it sucks.. but they work with me every time . Have my stuff in there since July 2022 and it's still there .. for 1 year and half stay in Branson and didn't have a ride to Springfield to check out my storage unit. And came back March 2024 move back to Springfield and stuff wasn't ruin or nothing can't believe it love it there. They do work with u depending on what u have going on”

“Shelly in building 19 is one of the best human beings on this planet. She was great at check in with a refreshing attitude. The guards have a job to do. When you get there, go right to check in and you will get called quickly for a door. You can stay with your trailer or unhook and bobtail back out till your trailer is loaded.”

“All the guys that work in the office are super nice and so easy to work with. There has even been one time I got there to pay my bill right as they were leaving and they stopped and booted back up just so I wouldn't have to come back in. Units are all clean and that make it a point to keep pests from coming in with any means necessary. On top of all that they have the best prices in town for short and long term storage.”
