We absolutely love living at Silver Leaf Apartments!
From the moment we moved in, we knew this place was something special. The entire property is kept so clean and well-maintained, and the amenities truly make it feel like home. Everything from the pool to the fitness center and common areas is thoughtfully cared for and always inviting.
What really makes Silver Leaf stand out, though, is the amazing team behind it. Tammi, the property manager, is truly exceptional. Her caring heart, compassion, and constant willingness to go above and beyond for her residents sets her apart from any other manager we’ve ever had. She makes you feel heard, respected, and valued.
Alyssa is just as incredible—her friendly, helpful personality and attention to detail in running the office create such a welcoming environment. She’s always a joy to work with and genuinely cares about everyone here.
And Derek, the maintenance pro, is a rockstar. He consistently goes above and beyond, even working after hours to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and professionally.
We couldn’t be happier here. Silver Leaf isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to feel cared for and at home. We’ve lived here for going on 2 yrs and couldn’t imagine living in any other apartment complex.”

“We’ve loved living here at Marion Park for the past 9 months! We’ve only needed maintenance once which was fixed quickly, and have never had issues otherwise. The property staff is really nice and always willing to help and there are fun apartment life activities and cool food trucks here for residents. The property is well maintained and clean, and the size of our 1bedroom is huge If we weren’t moving out of state we would definitely be renewing our lease here!”
“You can tell that the staff really cares about their residents! They have great amenities and host great events for all who live there. I would recommend living in the 505 especially if you’re a college student who wants to be able to walk around downtown and be close to campus!”

“These are a GREAT price for the amount of space and the location. You cannot beat the direct and personal communication that comes from Terry. Maintenance is timely, and kind. They take good care of the community. Very reasonable pet policy as well! The one down side is the some neighbors aren’t particularly conscious about where they leave cigarette butts, but that is not the fault of management. I really liked living here and would recommend it to friends.”

“The new landlord and maintenance guy have been amazing, they truly care about the residents here. I have been living here for almost four years and i love how the neighborhood is quite and when I look out my living room balcony I see this beautiful field and every now and then there'll be deer grazing in it. I just wish I had screen door attached to my patio door so I can open my door and keep the screen closed and not worry about insects getting in the apartment”

“The mantience man Eli is the best! I dropped my phone in the sewer and was freaking out but he helped me get the sewer lid off and get my phone the other two guys also helped a lot, they didn’t even have to since it wasn’t in my apartment but they helped out anyway there the best”
“I've lived here for about a month now and I really like it. There is a homeless camp right by it but i live in the apartments right by the camp and I've never had any issues. I come home late at night from work and most of the time I think it is a safe environment. In terms of staff and grounds it seems to always be a struggle sometimes to get ahold of someone at the office and i think the grounds and areas for the tenants could be a little cleaner and nicer the laundry room is a little too dirty to do laundry in. The dog park has some good amenities but the cleanup of the area could be better.”
“I've lived at Coryell Courts for about a year and a half now and I love it so much! My apartment is perfect, the building is quiet and clean, and - very importantly to me - secure. Josh and the office team have always been wonderful and prompt and the very few maintenance requests I've had have been completed quickly. I have zero complaints and highly recommend Coryell Courts!”

My wife and I are handicapped with recent surgeries and Gisela in office has offered numerous times to be there if need be. Robert the property manager has jumped in and installed holiday lighting and decorations. This has been the best decision we have made moving here, very grateful!”
