It was a slow Sunday in the store. I can tell because I was the only customer in there the entire time I was there. They were polite and helpful. Didn’t act like most employees of the new age that hate working and don’t want to help people. Even though that’s their only thing to do. I prefer this location of the many others.

The rep CJ at the North Kansas expressway in springfield Mo was absolutely perfect! He was kind informative and professional. He made myself and my family's experience a 10/10. When I visit next time I will request CJ. He is by far the best employee that I have ever dealt with at at&t

They lied about the price! The guaranteed me a price and that it wouldn't go up, got first bill and it's higher than I was guaranteed. Customer service did nothing about it and said they must've miss quoted me when signing me up! They now say I'm stuck under contract at this higher price than I was guaranteed by the store manager! This is not right and shouldn't be legal!

This store always delivers great service to us when we need assistance with our phones. C.J. was phenomenal in helping us navigate multiple phone lines and making some changes to our phone lines recently. I can’t say enough good things about the service he provided and the patience he delivered it with. Thanks AT&T!

VERY Unacceptable horrible service!!!! Welp I went to upgrade 2 of my phones!! So I did I saw that I was able to get 2 phones for 5.99 each and thought everything went good then I left welp I checked my app and it didn’t say it was 5.99 per phone a month it said 20.28 so I went back the sales man that did the upgrade was gone. So I went in and asked if they could check to see what happened or explain it to me welp I got nothing but attitude and rudeness by Brayden and Clayton. I showed Brayden my phone he was like welp that’s not a iPhone 15 I told him no I knw it’s not I didn’t upgrade mine I upgraded 2 others on my account and he was like welp idk what happened, I asked him could he check he laughed and was acting like he was freaking clueless on what I was talking about! I told him he did t have to be rude and then Clayton came in with his mouth!! And then I asked for a manager and they said the manager is not here I said okay welp call them they both laughed and told me they are not going to do that and they are not going to help me!!
I’ve been a valued customer for over 8 years!! And this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Very disgusted in the way I was treated and how they were so rude and didn’t give a care how they treated customers!! This is very UNACCEPTABLE!!
I then contacted customer service and I got the help I needed!! I also did report these employees as well!! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS DAMN STORE!!! The one on glenstone was very helpful and was very concerned about the way these 2 were at this store! I called them as well!

Friendly, helpful in getting what I wanted. They took the time to actually find the phone and tablet I wanted and went and got it for me so I wouldn't have to travel all over the place. I have a hard time walking and use a cane on my food days and a4 ageless walker on my bad ones. I was already tiring from a busy day. They went out of their way to help me. It was lovely of them. I was having an issue with someone blasting my number to every sadistic loan sharking company out there. I needed a new number to get a little piece and quiet. Again, they took care of it fast as lightning. I was very happy and satisfied with the service I received.

Never coming back to this location. I wait for 15 minutes to be waited on. Never was spoke to. My husband and I looked around because they were busy when we walked in. But 3 more set of people came in and they were spoke to and being served and yet nothing said to us. One couple walked in looked at us and said they where there frist. Normally waiting doesn't bother me but you could at least acknowledge
our presence.

I went to AT&T. I was not offered the special they had going on. Was told get a iPhone 16 Pro 256gb. I got given the iPhone 16 pro 128. I noticed after I got home. I was also told that I would have to pay monthly payments each month. Went back in next day and talked with CJ he was awesome he fixed all my stuff and now I do not owe monthly payments it was an even trade in. And got the deal for a new watch for .99 a month for 36 months. So only having to pay $36 for new Apple Watch. I am so thankful I got to have the great experience of CJ. Thank you. I went to the Kansas Expwy location.
