Went in running on alternator. battery was at 11 and dieing. Alternator putting out 14.33. I took the battery out using tools from store. Autumn from the start greeted me and introduced me to the new staff member. "I have 8 young adults who use this same store." Core accepted battery in and I was off and running again with no worries. Good people Good service. Can't wait for the grandchildren to start shopping there and get to know these folks.

It really depends on which AutoZone you go to because I know people that most of them. But they are always very friendly very personable and usually most of them are knowledgeable. The thing is with AutoZone you get a lot of good warranties on your parts and even if you pay more you can always get them replaced. They also will match prices that and the warranties are not something you're going to get at another auto store

30 minutes before closing we had to stop in at this store, because the vehicle we where in had reverted to limp mode ... I asked yoing man to run a scan while i looked at the coolant leak and the emplyee found the MAP sensor had pinged... we resreached the cost and topped off the coolant ... the very helpful clerk then took me out to show me the location of the sensor and he found that connector off. Saving us money and alit of time

I am basing this review solely on the customer service I received from Jacob. He was knowledgeable, patient and gave the impression that he truly cared about helping a total stranger with no guarantee that there was even going to be a sale. This alone will secure my patronage and loyalty even if I would have to pay a few dollars more. Jacob, thank you your help, it was desperately needed and appreciated!

Was trying to get help replacing the low headlight on my Kia soul. One employee was coming out to help when another one butted in and said “I’ll do it, I’m going out to smoke anyway.” He proceeded to stand next to the car while I tried to replace the light and just repeated “Yeah, Kias are frustrating” while blowing smoke at me.
