My experience with Cadence has been very poor with their customer service. They are very difficult to deal with and have an indifferent attitude to their customers. Would not recommend them to anybody.

I had a overdraft then they decided to remove it I have been a good customer and cleared all charges and all I would not recommend this bank and when you call to speak to the person you need to speak to all they tell you is they will call you this person is in a meeting not a bank I would recommend

Since being taken over by cadence bank, this old Bancorp location has went downhill significantly. Their ATM is nearly always broken when I go. They are the only location on the north side of Springfield and they make having an account with them a nightmare. Was never a problem before the switch.
