Nice rooms with little kitchen that had a microwave, hob, fridge. Clean, good beds, and the hotel is close to highway interchange. Lots of shops in the area and fast food but not much else going on. Same as everyone else has said, the lifting very slow and only one lift, ask for a ground floor room if possible

Excellent place to stay as far as cleanliness, comfort and the staff are all so polite. The lady who checked us in was so very helpful. We were there for a family emergency, she helped us so much.
