Like so incredible that I plan on sending them a thank you gift in the mail as soon as I get home in a few weeks. I was having a weird experience on the road and the folks at the desk went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. Like, they even texted me twice after I left to make sure I was okay. These folks are so real and were so, so good to my daughter and me. I would not hesitate to stay here any and every time I'm ever in town again. You will not be disappointed.Yes, the facilities themselves are clean, comfortable, and very nostalgic, but I firmly believe that it's the people who make a place... and these are damn good people.Noteworthy details: Route 66 nostalgia”

“A group of us girls went in there to have brunch. The food was really good and the service was excellent. It is a little pricey but very very classy surroundings. There was a live music Duo playing and they were so good!Walkability: We parked and then walked to the location. There are so many restaurants around that you can just literally walk to them.”

“I just stayed at this hotel, on my way out of town and again on my return. It has been a wonderful experience, very reasonable room rate. Drop off and pick up to airport included, along with tip for driver. The room : clean, comfortable bed, great towels and well stocked bathroom with great towels and toiletries. Frig, microwave, and coffee maker. And a wonderful breakfast. I could live here. Staff was very nice and helpful, to find me a yogurt at midnight on my late arrival after a full day of travel. Thanks you for your attention and kindness.”

“You’re a wizard Katelyn! We had an amazing stay here in room 141. She was so pleasant for a late check in and so helpful giving us information before we had to ask about the pool and breakfast and other amenities in the hotel. She also salted the walkway extra for us which was very much appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was a standout and something we enjoyed. The room was clean and well appointed for a room under $100 a night. I will for sure book here again. Thanks Katelyn for making our night better!Safety: It felt safe around and in this hotel. This was a pleasant surprise for North Springfield. The lot is very well lit and there are plenty of cameras in and around the propertyFood & drinks: They had breakfast fajita stuff! “Never really stayed at best western but this is my second one and it was extremely clean, the breakfast was good, and free laundry was unexpectedly. I’m very satisfied with the location because there are great restaurants I the area also. The next time I travel this way I will be stopping here and last thing the price is affordable.”

“Two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The beds were nice, we all slept great. The bathroom light was flickering, the furniture in the main living space was not very comfy, and the TV in the second bedroom was not working. Otherwise, I give it five stars for great value.”

“Well after getting to our second room everything was really good! (The first room was just a simple mistake, they sent us to a room that wasn’t finished being cleaned/ was not ready.) Staff was super friendly and helpful and got us to our new room quickly. Everything was good! She gave my toddler one some chips and that made her happy. We would stay here again.”

“It was an okay stay. The beds were semi hard. The pillows were not that great. I usually stack them up to sleep, but it is hard to stack then up when they're shaped as 4 squares. It was hard to regulate the temperature in there. To have two beds in a room, i would have had two night stands in there. But you get alwhat you pay for.”

“This room reminded us of a cruise ship. The decor was different, and the restaurant was very unique to its design. It was game room friendly for gamers. The location was perfect for walkers & car riders. It's a beautiful sight at night.Food & drinks: We saw the food in the restaurant & said to each other, "We are going to have to eat in here before we leave. Meals are enough for two.”

“Another stay here. Budget friendly and room was nice. But!!, the people in the next room pulled chairs outside and were chain smoking, from the time I left and when I got back they were in the same spot. 2 doors away the same thing. Awful headache and throat burned. When I mentioned it to the staff I just got an oh well and shoulder shrug. I'm going to request "as far away from any smoking areas as possible " next time I schedule”

“It started off kind of rough...I got there late night and the guy at the desk didn't seem to want to help me get in a room,the locationkind of scared me so i sit in the lobby. I had to wait till the 7a.m. shift came on to be helped. Once he arrived he asked me as soon as he came in the door if I was helped and I said no I really wasn't, after hearing that he proceeded to assist me and got me In a room pretty fast (Thanks Reece) and the stay went very well after that. I would definitely come and stay again.”

“This is one of the cheaper IHG properties to stay in the North side of Springfield. It is relatively close to the airport and a 15 drive to downtown. Check in is efficient and room was clean and well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. A bit musty smelling but not too bad. Not very spacious but about what you would expect for your money.The reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the Internet is barely usable. Averaging about 3mbit/sec. It is virtually unusable to do anything than read your email. It's barely usable for web browsing depending on the website you go to. Forget about watching any videos or managing your online photo album or downloading or uploading any large files for your work. You will be frustrated.Also, no free breakfast. Only good if all you need is a cheap place to sleep with a fridge, freezer, stove and microwave.”

“This place was a God send, to make a long story short Expedia messed my reservation up and when I went to reverse it, Expedia was not going to give me my money back due to a large pet deposit that the owner was nice enough to lower for me (Expedia never mentioned a pet deposit) he was also able to get my money back from Expedia and I have also stayed two extra nights due to the snow storm. Very nice management and people who work here. The manager called Expedia for me, and let them know he refuse to have his guests treated this way from Expedia. Thank you for the nice stay and getting my money back from Expedia.”

“My whole experience at this Quality Inn & Suites was a pretty incredible experience. The Front Desk Clerk, named Andrea, was so very sweet and helpful. She was so bubbly when greeting us. She made me feel so welcomed and happy that we had chosen this hotel to stay at. The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept better than I had in a very long time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The biscuits and gravy surpassed any other that I've had....the biscuits were so soft and fluffy, i had to go back for a second one. The waffles were to die for. I have already told so many of my family and friends about my stay at this Quality Inn & Suites that a few have told me that they plan on staying here when they come to Springfield, MO.”
