The pool and playground are nice amenities, especially in the summer. Overall, it's a clean, safe, and friendly community that I'd recommend to others looking for a comfortable place to live in Springfield.

I'm happy living here and I really like my apartmwnt. Great price and the rent did not increase this year. Maintenance and the manager are always helpful.
