“I have had two car loans through Volt. The first in 2016, then again in 2020 after my car was totaled by hail. I had been with a bank for over 35 years but they were very difficult and were cold, off-putting and rude. I went to Volt and it was amazing. The loan officer, Tammy, was wonderful. I got the loan and It was hassle free and so easy. When I get a new vehicle I will definitely go back to Volt. Five stars and then some!!”

For a teen who is just getting their first checking account, credit card, needs a loan, or whatever, it can be super challenging to understand everything, especially when banks try to hassle you and make you pay fees for everything. Mercy Credit Union has given me such amazing and delightful customer service since I’ve been here, they walk me through everything, are extremely perusable, and I never have to wait. Would seriously recommend, especially if you’ve been at a bank where you’re on hold with a robot for an hour every time you have a question. This bank is amazing and I would never change.”

Ive never been told no & even had a motorcycle years ago @ 1.9% interest. Always quick same day service from volt (and prior CFCU)”

“So far as being a new member for 4 months this bank is really good. Staff is friendly always feel welcomed. The only small problem I have is there PC online banking sometimes doesn’t work correctly. When I go to log in on my PC version online banking sometimes it crashes with error messages saying you have been disconnected and error shield message. I say the only thing needs to improve is there internet banking on the web browser. They app works great but I like to see my statements on the app as well if that’s possible. But overall a really good Credit Union.”
