So I have had difficulty moving my landline to a cellular line… It is a long, horrible story! But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.

I wanted to thank Dakota for his wonderful help. When I first arrived here, he was helping an older woman with her phone. He was so kind and patience. The he helped me find the perfect phone, plan, and phone case. I have had several phones in the past and this one is the best, most suited to my personality, has everything I could need, phone. Dakota took the time to help set up the phone and have it working before I left. It was close to closing time, but he didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure it was done right and I was happy. I mentioned how much I appreciated his help and he said it is a passion he has, which really shows. I am happy, and I'd recommend Dakota and his team to anyone needing or wanting to get away from their old phone service from other countries. Thank you Dakota!

People are nice but Cricket service is the worst. I mean TMobile bad. Data is slower than a prepaid phone and they charge extra for everything!!! Pay bill at the store, that's a 5 dollar fee. Call and pay it over the phone, fee here and fee there. I'm going back to pre paid at Walmart

The store employees are amazing, but the service is very unprofessional and very rude and scam. They rip you off. I've been with him for 10 years, and they shut my phone off my business line. Over a ten dollar payment error on their end
