The shoes are awesome but the people that work there are rude. Waited 20 mins to get their help and people come right in and help them instead of me. DONT GO THERE IF YOUR IN A HURRY! Everyone was hanging in the back!

I ordered Jordan shoes online for a birthday gift and spent extra for expedited shipping. On the day it was supposed to arrive (5 days later) I hadnt gotten a delivery notice, so I was looking up tracking and was having a hard time getting any info. After a while, I finally got an email, it was notice of cancelation. No reason provided. I understand things happen and orders get canceled, but on the day it was supposed to arrive!?! My money got refunded, but I had no gift. To say I was upset would be an understatement

Worst experience.This is our first time here. We went in to store and waited for at least 20 mins for assistance and then the girl who came to help us was so rude she didn’t said a single word. And then we waited for like half an hour to ask for assistance again but they were so busy talking to each other. They saw us that we need assistance but still chooses to ignore us.we went for check out and then again they choose to treat us with their rude attitude and they didn’t even say hello or thank you throughout our shopping.
Never going back.

This store is trash it’s like they make sure to choose the people with the worst customer service skills and social skills! A lot of discrimination happens in this store real life present day discrimination. And then they lie about shoes and sizes you have to go to different workers and ask about the same shoes over and over because they lie to you about the sizes! I’ve never been to a shoe store in all my years of buying shoes that doesn’t want to sell shoes! I really dislike that this is the only finish line in town that I have to choose from!

Pitiful customer service. Employees were more interested in conversing with one another than helping customers. I called over an associate after several minutes and after they brought one pair of shoes, they immediately turned their back to keep chatting.
Bought several pairs of shoes elsewhere where I could ask questions and get the help I needed.

Five stars because the service was amazing! I had help from these nice boys named NICK and BRENDAN so sweet! they helped me pick out a perfect pair of shoes brought me both shoes and asked me if they were comfortable. they were both super helpful and went back to get the size i needed every time. they made sure i left with a great pair of shoes and a smile! you guys need to go in when they work! great customer service and great attitudes they looked happy to help. they honestly deserve raises because of how great they both were! will be coming back to shop!!!

Commission must not be a thing anymore.. I was one of two customers in the store. The 3 employees stood around chatting with each other. No greeting, had to go ask them to get me a pair of shoes. Came back and handed me one shoe, did not take any of the stuff inside the shoe out. Took the other shoe behind the counter so I had to go ask for it. When I finally went up to check out they didn’t say a word to me other than asking for my email and continued to chat amongst themselves. I paid, they sat my bag on the counter and still didn’t say a word. Most unpleasant experience I’ve had in a store in a while. If 0 stars was an option, that’s what they’d get.

Went into the store two separate times today 4/23/24 at 11am. They never said hello or anything. Looked like we just ruined there whole day when we walked up to the counter and asked to try on some shoes. Very rude and horrible attitudes from the lady and two guys working.

This place needs better employees. My buddy called asking for a shoe and was told that you had it. He then arrives to be told by the same human from the phone call that they don’t have it. He asks why you told me that you had it, but didn’t otherwise he would never have driven in that far to get it. The manager was standing close by and jumped in on my friends case, and then threatened him with calling security to have him removed, claiming that he was trespassing. My friend never raises voice past a monotone and said completely calm, the whole time, both the employee and the manager, or I rate immediately. Sounds kind of defensive to me. Terrible place to shop avoid at all cost. 4-1-24

Had to search out sales person and when finally found someone they brought the wrong size and had to wait even longer. The store was busy but there was plenty of staff to handle the load. There were 4-5 sales people and none of them looked like they cared about being there. They moved like sloths and had no sense of urgency. Waited in line behind the same couple for 15 minutes and none of the cashiers apologized and said I’m sorry we will be with you in a minute. Definitely need to work on customer service in this store. If we didn’t need the product that day we would have left without anything.

This store wasn’t that impressive but since the new GM, Parker, has coke that place has really improved! We drive from out of town to go to this specific location now! They layout and stock has really improved since the beginning of 2024! Amazing customer service and I always ask for Parker and he is nothing but helpful to my family!

this store sold me two different shoe styles of nikes in the same box when i placed an online order. found out that they were the wrong style of shoes after wearing them out and noticing one shoe was mesh and one was leather. i called the store and they advised to bring the box in to exchange while telling them that i had the shoes on. when i went to the store to return them, one sales lady was incredibly sweet and found the two different shoes from their own two boxes. the manager and the supervisor saw the mistake and were aware that the shoes were mixed up, yet since they were worn for a day when i realized they were two different style of nikes, they advised to “call customer service to ship them back”. the only nice employee there was the one who discovered THEIR mistake. the day i picked up the shoes and the next day i came in to return them, the customer service was awful. so many employees running around yet take forever to actually help someone or grab my online order (that was messed up by them). bad customer service and horribly disorganized. would never buy from here again.
