The customer service here is awful every time I come here. I have only had a good experience with one of the male workers and otherwise the female workers are rude and seem bothered to help. I prefer the one on west republic road they have a great, friendly and very helpful staff, but they are closed temporarily.

Kattie Balassone always takes care of all my needs. I can contact her any time of day and she takes time out of her day to take care of my needs. I would recommend her for any needs that you might have :)

I came in with debit card issues and Amanda was amazing she had me in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new card I'm so happy that this is the branch that that is nearest my residence and I will be here more often, I highly recommend it.
