Went inside to deposit cash into checking account. Waited on by a very lovely and friendly person named Charloute (I believe this was her name). A great smile and attitude which is the epitome of exceptional customer service. Thank you.

I came in to finish setting up my new checkings account and Jordan Floyd was the customer care rep that helped me. She was absolutely amazing and very kind. She knew her job well and helped my daughter and I set up our online banking account. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.
