The Hampton Inn Springfield-South is a very nice and beautiful hotel, noted for being very clean and immaculate. The staff and management are friendly, professional, nice, extremely helpful, and some of the nicest people. Guests feel very welcoming, treated well, and made to feel right at home. The hotel is very clean, with rooms described as immaculate. Accommodations include king size beds with pull-out couches, suitable for families. The hotel supplies enough washcloths and towels for two people. Daily housekeeping replenishes towels and makes beds. The heater and AC work great, and rooms have a mini-fridge and a TV with a guide and Netflix. A noted issue was a shower with temperature control problems, alternating between boiling hot and cold. The hotel offers a good free breakfast every morning. There is always fresh coffee, and they provide free fresh cookies and flavored water, which is uncommon for the brand. A new texting service allows guests to quickly request items. The location is excellent, with great walkability and crosswalks everywhere. It is near shopping, eating, a mall, a Target, tons of shopping and dining, and other nearby activities right through the parking lots. Overall, it provides a great stay.
What a beautiful hotel!!! The room was immaculate. The staff was very nice and professional. The manager who I believe was named Wendy was amazing and extremely helpful!! This is what a hotel stay is supposed to be!

Very nice place to stay they even do what a lot of hotels don't do they supply the room with enough washcloths and towels for 2 people
