“I wanted to recognize a manager at Michaels who handled a very difficult customer interaction incredibly professionally today. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition.
She was already assisting another customer while also trying to help an employee resolve a coupon issue for a different customer. The customer became upset after overhearing part of the conversation and began causing a scene, repeatedly criticizing the manager’s customer service and threatening to leave the store while continuing the transaction.
Throughout the entire interaction, this manager remained calm, respectful, professional, and patient despite being treated very rudely. She handled the situation with far more grace than most people would have and continued trying to help the customer the entire time.
As another customer witnessing the situation, I was genuinely impressed by how well she handled herself under pressure. Michaels is lucky to have employees and managers like her, and I hope this review reaches the right people because her professionalism deserves to be recognized.”
“HobbyTown is a very good resource for the Springfield hobby community. Their puzzles in particular and vast and wonderful quality! Their model cars/planes/trains are a lot of fun and again, very good quality. The only reason I wouldn't give five stars is that most of their stuff is rather expensive. It's definitely a place to estimate the cost before you come in with kiddos! But the quality of their stuff is so good that it does reflect the higher price.”

“The worker there is kind and chill, I believe his name is Danial. He helped me find what I was looking for. He has some rare collectables. There are specific items here that other stores don't carry. I really enjoy going here, my kids say this is their favorite store too. Reasonable prices and cool stuff here. We definitely will be back!”
