“My daughter (2 and a half) loves itty bitty city! My daughter was gifted a family membership for her birthday and it’s been great! Since getting our membership in October the space and toys have changed so much. My daughters dream came true when they got a baby doll room! She loves taking care of them and feeding them in the new high chairs. Also, new animals were just added to the hospital one looks like a puppy we have in the family and she loves it!What prompted me to make this review is that on Sunday at a little after 4pm (less than an hour out from close) we arrived and all my daughter wanted to do the whole where there was paint. We walk into the playology lab and it looks just like it should after a full day of play a mess! The windows were covered in paint and the paint was genuinely empty. She got so upset and knew that the “lady’s” always clean it if she asks… so we head up there and I had no expectations of them cleaning it I told her they were going to say no ect to prompt her what to expect. We get up there and she asks them to clean the windows and without hesitation Delaney asked Addison to get her a spot to paint and go ahead and start cleaning up to close in that room. Once we got in the room Addison asked her what color she wanted and where she wanted to paint ect. She painted for all of three minutes and moved on and never came back. I was so impressed with how well she treated her. I just wanted you guys to know your effort is so appreciated! I really appreciate a place like this on long days because I can ALWAYS count on you guys making my girls day.”

“I stopped by Next Level Pawn & Jewelry this past weekend to ask about the value of an older class ring I no longer needed or wanted. From the moment I walked through their door, these folks there were most courteous and helpful. The nice lady took the time to explain how these rings are appraised, weight, current value of gold per gram, etc. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. I've walked into some pawn shops where I was treated poorly and felt they couldn't care less about my business; I didn't go back! My experience at Next Level Pawn & Jewelry was the exact opposite. I would use them again. My suggestion: If you are looking for a reputable pawn shop, try them FIRST . . . . . and no, they are not my family. LOL! I'd never met these folks before. I highly recommend their business.”

“The Manager here is AMAZING!!! I WAS so worried about getting a gift for my daughter. I called the store at 10am and he said they would help me. I got there After 5pm and HE WAS STILL THERE and he stayed over to make sure we got everything, including putting on a screen protector for us! Guys he's Awesome and so were all the other employees. One of my favorite places to go because of the customer service ❤️”

“I bought an Arrma Senton from them and close to a year later the steering servo blew and wiped out my esc and motor. They replaced all the parts under warranty. Have bought from them in the past and I plan on buying 3 more trucks real soon. Great place, great people, and great service. I've been to a lot of shops and I'd rather make the almost 2 hour drive 1 way just to come here. I love this place and so do my kids. Wife is coming around. Lol”

The day I was here I saw Vintage Star wars and Transformers come through the door and right before I left someone brought in 4 huge totes of older Hot Wheels. The amount of new and differnt items per week in this store is amazing and I recommend it before going to the other vintage toy retailers because this place is a local honey hole for vintage everything!”
