“Nice cozy room. Only issue was the bathroom had a little mild/mildew starting up way at the top above the door. Idk if they'd even had a chance to notice. This is an issue very easy to occur and easy to miss. I didn't even notice until I was about to leave.”

“There was a mix up on our room reservation but the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are equipped with everything including full size fridge, stovetop, sink, dishwasher, utensils, compact eating area, sofa bed, plenty of outlets, etc. The rooms are up to date. Nothing over the top but it was a decent stay”

“Free parking, good location- right adjacent to the hospital, room clean .No smart TV. You can not stream. Only local channels. The bathroom was ernnn ok - the bathtub knob should be changed. Didn't feel comfortable touching a rust out, dirty looking knob.Overall ok. Will stay somewhere else next time. If i don't like, then i will be back.”

“We stayed here for a concert at the great southern bank arena. Place is super cute! Service was fantastic and all kids of stuff in walking distance. Including the venue.”
“Upon arrival, at 3:00 PM, we had to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. She was gruff like we had interrupted a nap or favorite soap opera. When we got to our room, the temp. was 53 with the A/C on instead of heat. It took 4 hours to get the room temp up to 70. The room was clean and spacious. It was a bit noisy but the location was perfect. Breakfast had good options but was just OK.”

“Had a great two night stay at this location! Greeted warmly by staff and got the room as requested, along with clear concise directions on the best place to park to access it. Clean room, good water pressure, could not hear our neighbors once in the room.The included breakfast was typical Marriott quality but the biggest bright spot was an employee named Jacob. He saw me struggling with the very tall waffle setup and cheerfully helped me both mornings. He was in such good spirits every time we had an interaction! Just wanted to add a special thank you for him, he seemed to be a genuinely nice gentleman.”

“We came to stay for a wedding and we really enjoyed our stay here. Very hospitable. They moved our room immediately when we had issues with our toilet. The breakfast was fabulous and the girl running it was so kind. It was very clean, and comforting. I would stay here again if ever back in Springfield. Affordable and comfortable.”

“Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, probably the best hotel breakfast I've had in awhile .The pool was heated and so clean, the workout room was nice, we did not use but checked them out.The walls are so thin. I could hear everything. Neighbors above and voices from the rooms nearby. The first room they gave us had a huge water leak from above us least in the bathroom. When we informed the front desk about it, they were very quick to respond. Promptly moving us to another room.Overall, it was a fantastic stay for one night and I do recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!”
“Layout of the rooms is super weird. I was on my own and wasn't bothered by the glass that allowed me to easily see into the bed area. Small as well.
But it was clean and a good place to stay passing through on the road.”

“The rooms are okay and decent, with a good amount of space. They have heaters and AC, as well as TVs, refrigerators, and microwaves. The bathroom is decent for taking a good shower. The cleaning ladies are hardworking. The cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen staff is okay. Ms. Julie is a very nice and super helpful lady. If you need information on your ticket meals provided by Prime, she can help. If you have any issues, I highly recommend speaking to her.”

“The room was very nice and clean. The associates were very friendly and helpful. We also found the other guests very friendly. We enjoyed a very nice hotel breakfast. Good assortment to choose from. One thing I didn't care for was the jakoosi tub in the handicap room we had. It would have been nice, but with my back and leg issues I was unable to even get into the tub. We will probably stay here again next month when we come to visit our family.”

“Room was clean. We had gotten a smoking room, which I didn't know anyone still had these days. Aside from the expected smell of smoke in the room it was nice, quiet, right off of 65 on Battlefield. Had breakfast with a waffle maker.Rooms: Basic older style motel rooms.Nearby activities: Movie theater around the corner with IMAX.Walkability: Shopping malls all around itFood & drinks: All kinds of eateries within walking distance. And a grocery store.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and smelled good(even being pet friendly). The pool was amazing ?. Breakfast was closed due to renovations, but they offered grab bags with breakfast items. All in all it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!!”
“This place was a God send, to make a long story short Expedia messed my reservation up and when I went to reverse it, Expedia was not going to give me my money back due to a large pet deposit that the owner was nice enough to lower for me (Expedia never mentioned a pet deposit) he was also able to get my money back from Expedia and I have also stayed two extra nights due to the snow storm. Very nice management and people who work here. The manager called Expedia for me, and let them know he refuse to have his guests treated this way from Expedia. Thank you for the nice stay and getting my money back from Expedia.”

“My first stay…I was reluctant! Then I met Miss Mel, the front desk Rep, she is so kind, helpful, informative! She also scored extra points for being kind and attentive to my Littles, 10 and 12. My 10 yr old is in the talkative stage and 99%of adults don’t TAKE time to see and hear them. Miss Mel, you made my 10 yr old son feel welcome and THAT makes this Momma’s heart just adore you! Thank you!And to the Breakfast Manager, you, too, are so kind, helpful, assertive. Thank you for your help!Now, the hotel…clean, had a musty smell, like recent water damage. Beds comfy, breakfast was better than expected. REAL FOOD! Eggs, sausage, tortillas, veggie mix salsa, all the continental breakfast items, pancakes. COFFE is sufficient! Which is not a bad thing…I am a coffee snob!Safety: Nicely fenced in and one way in and out. No unwanted activity due my stay. All Team Members and customers were friendly and inviting salutations and conversations.Food & drinks: Real eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, bell peppers + onion mix, tortillas, pancakes, continental breakfast items, juice, Folgers coffe. Coffe available all day.”
