The service at Springfield Nissan is very professional my car was repaired and checked on time that it was designated to be I was notified throughout the service of what was going on with my car and when it would be done I also noticed other customers in their waiting room seem to be very confident in their service

I had an appointment for a keyfob recall. I had been told it would take a couple minutes. Upon arrival, I was told there were a few oil changes ahead of me & it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours! I was not told the recall would change my switchblade style key to permanently open. I prefer the retractable style.

I had to call in to get any type of update about my vehicle which they had in their shop for 5 days. When I received the vehicle back they had fixed the wire in hopes that it was the problem. When it turned out not to be they suggested that the alternator was bad. However, when the vehicle came back into my possession I received my vehicle with a cigarette butt in my engine bed along with a crack in my fender frame and a stripped out fastener. I’m not as angry about the fastener and the crack but I’m extremely disappointed with the cigarette butt in my engine bed. That could have been taken out easily but honestly there should be no one smoking while working on a vehicle anyways. Changes need to occur.

Springfield Nissan went far above and beyond. 6 minutes before I arrived, I had devastating news about a family member. Connie had the mechanics work quickly so I could be with family, she brought me a card signed by the service crew. Several members approached me with words of encouragement, tissues, and hugs. Since leaving the dealership, she has followed up to check on my brother and my family. The entire Springfield dealership treated me like family. This was only my second time getting my vehicle serviced there. I was a stranger that left feeling like a part of their family. I will never go anywhere else. And when it’s time to trade in my vehicle or get a new vehicle, I will go to Springfield Nissan.

Chase Wells was very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything so even a crazy old lady could understand what was going on. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need but found the broken hose that was causing my problems and fixed it. I really appreciate the honesty of the service people and Shelly for taking my numerous phone calls.

Service and replacement of transmission by Peter the maintenance tech was excellent. Chase kept me well informedI'm not a big fan of Nissan CVT transmission though. Not sure I would buy another Nissan or recommend one. I still have to replace the airbag sensor and seat sensor at $1,100. Already had to replace rear axle bearing, alternator and electric fan to go along with the CVT transmission. All on a car with less than 130,000 miles, very high maintenance.

We are from Idaho, While on vacation in Missouri, we were in a serious car accident and our vehicle was totaled. It was about 45 miles from the dealership. I called and explained the situation. They kindly came and got us, showed us 3 vehicles that meet our needs and worked with us to buy a new vehicle. We greatly appreciate their kindness and assistance.

We are from the St Louis area and drive down to Springfield to buy a Nissan Murano you had. Everyone was excellent to work with from the time on the phone speaking with Ryan with my husband through the time we walked in the dealership and had the chance to work with Dave our salesmen. They were ready for us and made the purchasing process as easy as possible snd very efficient!! Dave was great and we were pleased in every way.I was impressed with Putty and how he handle himself based on the decisions we made that day. Chris Tate (Tater) did an awesome job from start to finish! He greeted us upon coming into the store and promptly provided us with the information that we were looking for. Upon deciding to buy, Tater made the complete process very quick and effortless. Best of all, he walked us around the car inside and out and explained every single feature - awesome customer service!!

I came in for my scheduled oil service. Tori Fair was my service advisor. He was excellent. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I was also helped in the parts department by an awesome gentleman. Unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. Please find out. And give him and Tori a raise. Great job on the customer service.
