I ordered an allergy test for my daughter online in my name. They said that would be fine because she would not need to show ID. The woman at labcorp was so rude. I explained to her the situation and she said they could not do that and that I wasn't understanding what she was trying to say like I was a complete idiot. She acted like I was a drug addict trying to pass a drug test.It was an allergy test! She could have been nice and explained that they were wrong to say she wouldnt need ID And we would need to show I d instead of being so hateful and acting like I was trying to pull one over on her. Again, it was an allergy test that I ordered and paid for my daughter. She continues saying I didn't understand what she was saying and explaining it again. I understand but to be so rude and hateful over a misunderstanding is ridiculous. She said they would have to administer the test to me. That's the dumbest thing i've ever heard.I don't need an allergy test. She could have politely explained and avoided all of this instead of being so condescending and snotty.

This is my first, and unfortunately not my last, time visiting this location for labs.
The lady at the front desk is rather rude. Their computer system was down; there was a sign on both the front door and self-serve kiosk. I'm not blaming her for that, but after asking what I needed, she just said "the computer system is down"while looking annoyed four times before she told me that she needed a printed copy of my lab order to be able to draw my labs today.
On a brighter note, Robert is very polite, professional, and a wizard at drawing blood. I barely even felt the stick!

I didn't even have my test for my appointment as I was having trouble finding it on the website. The staff there helped me find it and was able to do the test within 15 minutes. A great staff and experience.

I was sent here for a drug test as a requisite for me starting nursing school yesterday around 9. The tech that was there looked like she hated being there, she seemed bothered by me and I was continuely being treated like I was a bad person.

Everything about my experience here was easy, simple, and quick! Big shout out to Robert who was a rockstar when drawing blood. I am a baby when it comes to blood work and he was so kind and caring. Thank you for making my experience here wonderful!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I have used this place regularly and it’s always been bad service but at least I can get my bloodwork done. Today when I went in, the lady at the front was very rude and stated I wasn't in their system, and I said, I get my blood work done here regularly, and never had an issue. She stayed “sorry, don’t know what to tell you”. I mean, dig a little bit to find out what the problem is instead of just dismissing a customer. I will definitely find somewhere else to go moving forward and would suggest to anyone that they do the same.

My husbands 5 panel drug screen is lost and all this joke of a company will not tell us anything. He is losing work because of this and they are passing the buck. I would urge anyone using them to be extremely careful.

My mom brought me here yesterday morning to finally get my blood work done. And I managed to get it done in a timely manner.You see, my physician, Dr. Krista Boyd, wanted me to get my blood drawn now that I had been on seizure medicine for over 7 1/2 years. And my next appointment with her is two weeks from today, so this was perfect timing.

Came for new hiring testing. The website had errors so I called and was told it’s not an issue and to just walk in whenever. I get there and the same lady that told me to come in told me they can’t test me unless I have some number from the website. I told them about the issues and they said to come anyways regardless. Everyone here has a single digit IQ and they don’t know what they are doing. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t tell people to come in and not worry about website issues then tell them they need some number from the website form that doesn’t even work. Terrible experience. All the employees are extremely rude and acted like I’m the one that created this problem when they told me to come in regardless.Edit: been here over an hour now and still none of the employees know what to do. My employer has contacted them plus the customer service line. The employees here have no idea how to do their jobs and don’t seem to be able to communicate even basic information properly or efficiently.

I was told to fill cup between two lines and I did but nurse barely glanced at it and said it was too low then threw out my sample and made me wait 30min. Totally rude, even slammed door in my face

Lora and Nicci provided such wonderful customer service today, and made my visit so enjoyable! It’s not often you walk into a business for a quick appointment and leave with such a smile! I hope their boss really knows how awesome these two are!!
