A huge shout out to Cody, JP, Lori and the entire crew who helped us today. Mr. Electric came in to use our rebates to purchase Christmas gifts for our employees. Cody took our 17 page list and started to work. He completed some special orders then divided our lists among a few employees. The AMAZING crew made quick work of pulling all the gifts selected by our employees. They organized the gifts by employee so we could check out each employee's wish list separately. To say the experience was fantastic is an understatement! Everyone went above and beyond to help us. Mr. Electric, Nathanael and I want to sincerely praise you for your over the top customer service!! Well done Menards.

Better selection than Lowe's or Home Depot. Thicker plastic bags, usually better customer service. The details matter. Here's why they lose 2 stars. Not having prices labeled on outdoor products should be a crime. It's a method of laziness or deception, either one. You're expected to scan a QR code with your phone, which doesn't produce the link because it's sun faded and water wrinkled. This all produces an extremely frustrating customer experience. At this point I deserve an hourly wage as a shopper. Here's another kick in the teeth... Went there to purchase long fence posts that were supposedly in stock online. The employees confirmed they were supposed to be in stock and literally nobody could find them. Hideous. It gets worse, I get charged 20 extra dollars to order the posts when they were supposed to already have them on hand. And that was the entire reason I went there. So instead of honoring your inventory, you swindle another 20 dollars from me. Such a horrible business practice. You're mistreating your customers.

Love Menards, the cashiers, the workers that are ready to assist and look up what you may need (throughout each area) and most being knowledgeable in many areas of construction lingo be it plumbing, electric, paint, building materials etc,,,

Menards needs to pattern there layout like the other box stores. App needs to include aisle, bay location so customers don't just wonder aimlessly looking for items. Plumbing Aisle 35, bay 4.

They had what I needed, I just don't like their rebate program. It's basically a coupon good for a future purchase. I wish they would do away with the silly coupon thing.
