Customers love the store and many employees who are ready to assist. However, significant frustrations are noted. The store layout can be confusing, and the app does not show precise aisle and bay locations, causing customers to wander. A major complaint is that outdoor products frequently lack price labels, requiring a difficult QR code scan that often fails, creating an extremely frustrating experience. Inventory issues are also problematic, with items shown in stock online sometimes unavailable in-store, leading to extra charges for special orders. The rebate program is disliked for being merely a coupon for future purchases. While many praise crews that go above and beyond with fantastic, over-the-top service for large tasks, inconsistent policies and occasional rude service in specific departments can negatively impact the experience.
I had a shower head/pipe sizing debacle! Quinn was amazingly helpful and so kind! Had solutions to the problem in less than 20 min. I just installed it and it works like a dream!! They deserve a raise!
