Went in with an issue from a different store mishandling our account. Jade and George went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved & that we were taken care of! 100% going to this store location from now on!!!!

Purchased a USB cord as I was told this is what I needed. Turned out it was the wrong one, when I attempted to return it the next day with a receipt I was denied a refund. The young girl working called her boss who said no, I had paid cash. The young lady wouldn't give me corporates number, so I was able to obtain it via goggle. I then called corporate who they told me a refund would be issued . I went back in and explained this to the young girl who called another boss and explained it to him he said "No refunds because the other boss says no" I explained what corporate had said she then said "We are a franchise so we don't have to" I am now talking to corporate again. 3 things #1 It says nothing on the receipt about no refunds #2 The clerk last evening said it was the right one because he supposedly checked, he plugged it on( didn't actually see him do it as he bent down) And lastly if it was defective they could refund it.Corporate has informed me they will be conducting a investigation. Anyway save yourself time.avoid going here, unless you are a fan of shitty service.

I went here a couple of days ago and the employee was a man with long dark hair, and he was incredibly helpful. He let me know of the course of action that would be best for me to take rather than the one that might've been in the company's best interest. I value his honesty and knowledge. He was very helpful and time efficient. Good job Mr. Employee whose name I don't remember.

these people, ive had service with metro for years, customer service has never been great but i feel like tmobile is intentionally chasing customers away. First of all, all the ads for the new "metro flex" plans say they are giving existing customers the same deals on free phones as new customers. they are not. flat out. if you add a line, and port a number over AND get their most expensive plan, then the new line can get a phone. And the guy at this store specifically, knows absolutely nothing. at first, he tried to tell me they charge new customers a "$75 activation fee plus fees and taxes it comes out to like $180" i asked when thy started that and he said they have "been like that since ive been with metro and ive been here since 2005" No, not true. I have brought several new customers to metro, and i used to simply a new account and get another free phone everytime i broke mine or just wanted a new one. usually cost about $70 including your first month payment. then he goes on "ya know things are always changing around here, we change it up all the time, the fees arent always the same" somehow we got back on the subject of activation, and i asked him how much the activation fee was and he said $35. he also told me that they do the same deals as the website or on the phone because "those are corporate deals and all the stores anywhere near here in loplin, kansas city, are all privately owned, you would have to go to texas to go to a corporate store" what alley did they drag this guy out of and prop him up in metro shirt like yesterday? long story short; neither this individual store nor metro by tmobile, and to be honest tmobile can not be trusted at all in my opinion. and ive been with metro for almost 10 years, im going to US cellular.

Horrible customer service at this location. Employee was playing on his laptop in an empty store, and he seemed annoyed that someone came into the store. In addition, he was so unhelpful that I am likely changing phone service.

I was greeted rudely. immediately after asking about t-mobile Tuesday the women in there scoffed and said well you have to show me your code and let me see you click redeem before I will give it to you. ( Free sunglasses)Childish Energy.

Terrible customer service also this place just looks for ways to milk money out of people. Broke my phone and tried putting my sims card into a older phone I bought from THIS LOCATION and they tell me that it cost to switch my sims card even though again the phone I tried switching it to was one bought from this location. Do not recommend.

Ella, the manager, is so uneducated that she put the sim card into my family members phone INCORRECTLY, then tried to say it was a STOLEN phone because it didnt work, rather than double check to see if it was her incompetence that caused the phone to not work. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. How this person is a MANAGER at a CELLPHONE STORE is beyond me, considering she can't even put in a sim card properly. What a JOKE!

Asked if they would switch out my SIM card and help put in my new one and the employee told me no. I tried explain I wasn’t familiar with the area and really needed my gps on my phone that’s why I came up to the nearest phone store to get help.She insisted she wasn’t touching my phone or going to help me. So I said ok and went to T Mobile a block away and they put my SIM card and sold me a new charger and case for my phone.
