10/10 We purposely come back to this location for Mateo. Driving 30mins out of the way just to be his customer. He has the best customer service in Springfield. Super patient, professional, knowledgeable and more. As general manager myself, he deserves to be promoted. Thanks for everything Mateo!!!

I like metro's phones. I like the service what I don't like is having to wait so long when I go to their locations, it takes so long to get anything done in their store. I Don't know why. Did people there are very friendly, very helpful?But it just takes a long time.Two hours or more is too long to wait
