They did a great job with my cats grooming. She had mats and dandruff. My cat seemed so perky when she got home. I can tell they were careful. She's old with saggy skin and some other groomers have knicked her, but pet shuttle did great. They also had kind staff and reasonable prices.

Laura took her time to get to know my new rescue girl. Jolie! She was so gentle, kind, and patient with Jolie since she is hesitant with new people. I highly recommend Pet Shuttle and Spa for your pets!! Laura is the best in the business. Teresa
