“I absolutely love this store. I shop at the Republic Road store in Springfield. The customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond. The four star rating, though, is for the website, which I know is not the store’s fault, but you must make the site searchable or at least show all the brands you offer. I bought my puppy food last week in-store and I wanted to share it from your site and the brand isn’t even listed on your website! You are doing your local shoppers a disservice!”

“This was a great experience. I was greeted as I walked in, surrounded by very knowledgeable people, the fish girl knew how to tell a girl fish from a boy fish. I didn't want any breeding, just pretty fish. She showed me where the dog food was and asked if I needed help unloading it in my car. The cashier, super nice, had a great conversation, she helped me sign up for rewards, I'll definitely keep going back!”

Jen helped me sign up for the Petco program (sorry forgot it's name) so I can get better discounts etc. The app was having issues with my card and phone but Jen was super sweet and kind helping me get through it. The ladies in the Grooming center are always so good with my babies. Definitely recommend them for any grooming needs! Thanks Jen for your help and patience!”

“Adopted our Delilah girl from Polk County through Petsmart. Myself and my boys felt something as soon as we saw her. She is 2 years old, we were told she is very shy, keeps to herself, doesn't play much, no belly rubs, not big with holding. Once we arrived at home she became a completely different girl! Our house is a little crazy with 3 kids. Didn't phase her. She loves cuddles, playing, belly rubs, will not sleep in her new cat tree, has to be napping next to one of us. Has to be the center of attention?She has melted our hearts and definitely blew my mind how much she has opened up in such a short amount of time. Adoption process wasn't difficult, but makes sure not just anyone can take a fur baby. Vaccines, clean, very well taken care of before we took her home. We love her so much already❤️”
