“All Pet is my favorite pet store inSpringfield, Missouri. I always find what I want. I went to buy a dog harness. I checked dog shampoos. I found one that has the active ingredient that I must get from the vet or Chewy that is $40 or $70, for my dog's sensitive skin. They had a similar one at a fraction of the cost, to my surprise!”

Jen helped me sign up for the Petco program (sorry forgot it's name) so I can get better discounts etc. The app was having issues with my card and phone but Jen was super sweet and kind helping me get through it. “I visited this location on Sunday February 4th 2024. I was immediately greeted upon entry by the cashier, who later was the one to check me out.The cashiers name was Curtis and they were very kind and absolutely helpful. When I told them I was there to look for a cat fountain, because my cats do not like drinking from the same bowl as the dogs...typical cats, LOL, they told me exactly where to find them. Then while checking out they made sure I knew that the store carried the replacement carbon and foam filters for when I needed to replace them.Overall, Curtis made my first trip to this Petco a lovely and easy time and definitely a reason I would return to shop here. They are an asset to the store.”
