“Excellent place great owner. One man show. He’s very hands on and aware of everything going on. I used this storage unit while I was between truck leases at PRIME. Very fair price. 24 hour access with gate code keypad. Large enough to maneuver a semi bobtail. Abloy locks do not fit the rollup door latched. They sell locks for around eight dollars. I will definitely use them next time.”

“Park in a staging area/overnight parking. Check-in at the Guard Shack. They will call you and give the dock number. If it’s underground, drive to the yellow gate, call the guard and tell your dock number. After that drive to your dock. The loader will check your seal and sign the docs. Then open trailer doors, slide tandems and park to the dock. Turn off the engine and go to the Office to check-in/check-out (near dock 8f). Wait in a truck when the lights will be green. You are gtg. Came 1 hour earlier and they immediately gave me the dock. Was unloaded in 1 hour. Restroom in a Guard Shack/Office.”

“If you are looking for a moving company, I would highly recommend Finkbiner. We moved across the state and they did a fabulous job. Earl came to the house to survey our belongings and give us an estimate based on weight. He was within $100 of the final weight. The moving crew was professional and personable. Our realtor stopped by when they were loading the truck and commented on what a great job they were doing.”

“I love them a lot .. I've been behind because work in Branson and winter time comes it sucks.. but they work with me every time . Have my stuff in there since July 2022 and it's still there .. for 1 year and half stay in Branson and didn't have a ride to Springfield to check out my storage unit. And came back March 2024 move back to Springfield and stuff wasn't ruin or nothing can't believe it love it there. They do work with u depending on what u have going on”

“I went to help a friend get somethings from her storage. She has been a customer at that location since 2009. Pac n sak just took over. They aren't as personable as the previous owner. She's not sure if she'll be keeping the unit or not.”
“Shelly in building 19 is one of the best human beings on this planet. She was great at check in with a refreshing attitude. The guards have a job to do. When you get there, go right to check in and you will get called quickly for a door. You can stay with your trailer or unhook and bobtail back out till your trailer is loaded.”
“Absolutely love our experiences here at this place. I do feel like the price is a little steep for a storage unit but it is surveillanced and gated. I also wish they had a veteran bonus or extended hours for the price they charge midnight would be great.”

“This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch.
The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them.
Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know.
They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!”
