Been to this location several times and the staff are really friendly and very helpful. I’ve never had an issue with them at all sending or receiving packages. I would definitely recommend this location!

Don’t get me wrong. I went to two different USPS service facilities and the employees were nice. However they were a complete inconvenience. They cannot print labels. They cannot scan labels however they can scan QR codes make that makes sense to me. Really need to get updated with today’s society. I do not have this problem with FedEx or UPS. Unfortunately, my buyer chose to use USPS and have definitely verified for future reference that I will never use them again. When I have to drive out to facilities like Staples or have somebody else, print a label because a mailing service facility cannot do it. That’s a problem.

USPS needs to fix their tracking system. Used overnight delivery, tracking never showed pkg delivered, was a day late (called Company today), so spent weekend worrying about status all weekend. I like this local PO, but the system has been screwed up ever since DeJoy put in charge. And GOP didn't help when it said the USPS had to prepay retirement expense up front ( companies didn't have to dobthis) putting steain on resoyrces.

I always come to this post office when I need to ship something. Which is quite often! Theresa and Robbie are always so kind and help me when I need it. Even though the work can be taxing and the lines are always long. The staff here are very chipper and positive! They always make me smile with their kindness and jokes! Keep up the good work and I hope this office gets some recognition for their great work! :)

A bit of a wait due to it being the holiday season, but both clerks working were helping people kindly and efficiently. I ended up being helped by Teresa and she was so friendly and upbeat! She was able to get me exactly what I needed and get me on my way quickly.

Just an honorable mention to Teresa, an employee at this location. I come here often for work stuff, and today especially they were PACKED and customer after customer she just repeatedly was so kind and authentic and energetic customer after customer. You should be grateful to have an employee like this in your business!

Theresa was the most positive postal worker I have encountered. Even when other customer was unprepared she patiently helped them with patience and positive attitude. Very fast service
