I would not go to this Verizon location if what good service , especially one sales rep name David he is rude and arrogant. Loud and annoying and disrespectful. I would go there.

Went yesterday just to talk to an agent see what offers Verizon had the youn g kid walked up ask how he could help, my husband was sitting as he is on oxygen and my husband said we might want to switch what kind of offers do you have now at that moment the kid ask who we were with now my husband said we are just inquiring at the moment about deals you might have on trade in the kid said not putting up with your attitude and rudness and told us to find another service he wasn't helping us and basically left us there. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO CONFUSED AND DISRESPECTED my husband was extremely upset ? and at 71 we were surprised by the customer service. Needless to say we won't consider this company.

Disappointed with Verizon’s Veteran Support
Despite their claims of being veteran-friendly, my recent experience with Verizon has been deeply disappointing. As a veteran, I expected better support and service, but unfortunately, they did not meet those expectations.
I will be sharing my experience with my network of 1.2 million followers from all platforms to raise awareness. It’s crucial for companies to genuinely honor their commitments to veterans, and sadly, Verizon has fallen short.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Went in the store to have my Son's phone fixed. Only 5 months old they all agreed the phone should be warranted. Then I waited for over an hour while they tried to take my 7.99 shipping payment. Couldn't figure it out so I got soaked as it was pouring rain and I went to ATM to get cash. Got back and still couldn't take my payment. So the solution was to make me wait even longer to tell me there is no solution. What a joke! Christy claims she has worked there over 20 years but yet couldn't figure anything out.

So unhappy with Verizon. I went in to see why my teachers’ discount wasn’t being added or rather subtracted off my bill. I got some new guy that was much older than the rest of their staff and he convinced me to change my plan and that it would be under $100 monthly with my discounts. My monthly bill has been $154 ever since! I am getting so discouraged with Verizon

I've had worthless results everytime I've been to this location. I figured I'd go in today to get yet more issues I've had with verizon resolved with someone in person because I was tired of being on the phone hours on end with their telehelp center. That was a mistake because the specific rep I spoke with was a snarky prick, who tried to talk to me as if I was a child and insinuating i was lieing. No resolve what so ever at this place. Poor communication from their telehelp centers to their local offices or at least this office. So Whatever your told from verizon in regards to making things right and fixing your issues make sure you get that in writing before you leave or get off the phone with these people. Because obviously they have plenty of incompetent employees from everything I've seen and dealt with in regards to customer service.

I got a new phone less than a year ago. At the time, I was told it was a much better phone with a MUCH better camera (I told the Verizon rep that a good camera was important). Neither has been the case.
If I zoom in very much at all, the photos are very poor quality. When I took the new phone back to ask about it, the rep told me not to zoom in too much -- not really a satisfactory answer.
I went back to Verizon today because now my photos often fail to send when I text them. The rep tried something he thought would fix the problem, but it didn't. Then he admitted that the reps there are SALESMEN and can't really help with phone issues.
I feel like they just told me the camera was good so they could get their commission. My previous phone, though older, was a better phone -- but now I'm stuck with this one.

Wife got a new phone, paid Verizon to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone. Spent 2 hours there, phone didn't work. Had to drive to Springdale, Ar. To a friend who works for ATT, he had the phone working in 10 minutes. Suggestion, don't go to the Vision store, they don't have a clue.

Took my elderly father in to get him help on his phone. Tall and skinny Representative standing inside the door was cold, bothered by us being there, and did not help. He stood there, did not give us a place to sit despite my father leaning on his cane, and waited for us to leave. Other worker just looked at us.No suggestions on how to solve the problems. Sad experience and bad customer service.
