This is the only corporate-owned Verizon store in town, so you'd think they would be able to fix any and all issues with online orders. Instead, they redirect you to Verizon phone support for anything other than a device purchase. If I wanted to deal with being on hold with phone support, I wouldn't have driven to your store.

Do not purchase home internet in store. They will screw you over and double charge you. Worst ran company in the United States will tell you that they can help you and print out a shipping label or return device to the store originally purchased after the store you purchased from tells you to return it to them because they are a “corporate” store. All while leaving the charge on your account for something they double sent you. All with out a return label. Zero help from any Verizon store or any from their corporate phone center. The whole company will give you the run around until they can charge you extra on your bill then they will help you. Even tho it is 100% their fault for sending you a device that you already picked up in store.

Would NOT recommend this location, stopped by with some basic questions and interest in upgrading to a newer phone and was greeted by Cali (if you want to call it a greeting) and ended up leaving due to her poor attitude and product ignorance. Ended up going to a different location where all my questions were answered and upgrading was a breeze.

Since one star is what I have to select that’s still giving Cali more credit then the 0 stars she deserves. She was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no knowledge of wireless communication. It was a nightmare from start to finish trying to deal with her attitude and unprofessionalism and avoid her at all costs if for whatever reason you do have to visit this location.

This store is a scam. I advise you not to waste your time or Money with these people. From Sierra, an employee who intentional sabotage customer accounts, even down to Wes, a store manager, who has zero interest in customer concerns about their account or resolving any inquiries. I have gone into store 3 times in 1 week and walk out more confused and with different information about my account each time. For a company this large and old to have this many issues is beyond me and this was absolutely reported to corporate. I’m gladly paying a fee buck more a month so I do never I have to deal with these inconsiderate, scammy, rude, unknowable people ever again. They actually just scammed me out of so my to open this account then tell me false info to get me agree to start the lines. Sadly not that surprised after reading the reviews here!

In honesty...zero stars. Went here to see about ways to lower our bill and was basically told they only sell "unlimited plans", could do nothing for us and got the bums rush out the door. So we went to the store in Nixa. See that review.

Cheryl, the manager, was very rude and disgustingly immature dealing with my wife and I. Worker made a mistake or purposefully gave us a higher payment than mentioned for commission. Cheryl defended the worker rather than helping get the right plan in place for us. Went to the Branson Verizon and got everything fixed without complaint or issue.

Employees are garbage, and not respectful. I have to go to Best buy been talk to a Verizon representative there that's actually respectful and nice. It's like these guys at the Verizon store will tell you you can't do something and then you walk right over to Best buy and they set you up with what you want. All these employees at Verizon stores just work off commission and probably why they're a joke! But I hope the Verizon owner bought doesn't come in to say they are worried about supporting good customer care because you guys obviously don't and I've been around this town for a while and I've been using your store for a while and nothing's changed so please don't even respond to this comment.

I moved to Springfield two years ago. I’ve been with Verizon customer more than 10 years. I went to this store to fix my phone and they offer me a business plan because I was paying high bills. so business plan supposed to lower my bills. Because I have five lines. They offered me a home Internet, Tablet and they said home Internet it’s going to be free. I just supposed to pay for the service. Tablet It’s free promotion for the business account which is lie. I am pain for the tablet and for the Internet modem for three years and now I can’t switch the provider They lie to me then they offer my wife last week a brand new phone for free just paid the service And it’s a lie. they scam me and my wife it’s the biggest scammers in Springfield. My bill is $500 right now. Big scammers no respect big liars. Not recommending the store.

Worker was very rude the second we walked in. Then proceeded to tell us we weren't eligible for a deal because of our plan. After leaving and going to another Verizon further down battlefield, we were able to get GREAT customer service and it turns out we were indeed eligible for the deal he told us we couldn't get.

Visited the store on 10/20 and arrived 45 minutes before they closed. Aaron greeted us at the door and rudely asked us what we needed. I told him that I’d like to upgrade my phone. He Told us, without checking, that they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock. No alternatives. No problem solving. Just attitude. I asked if they had any other options and I was again, treated like I was inconveniencing him. If you visit this store and need help, you won’t get anything close to quality customer service from Aaron.

Walked in today shortly before they closed, which the staff member reminded me several times. If I would have realized the time I would have waited until the next day. Dude was the WORST!!! If he would have said hey we're about to close and our computers don't work after a certain time 👌🏻👍🏻 Can I make an appointment for you tomorrow? Or whatever the resolve would have been, cool cool my guy put me down, but no he took the ahole route. I notified another sales guy and he was nice and apologized. Trash service! 0 stars, don't recommend.

They turned my phone off when they overcharged me by 137.00. Very inconvence. I have had all sorts of problems in the last year. All billing problems, and they take forever to fix their mistake. I can't wait to switch.

I had a very bad experience with the staff at this place. They would not explain why they could not give me a paper receipt and were very short and unfriendly in their explanations and help. I understand Verizon is a huge corporation but true customer service works through things with the customer and explains things and asks for a manager if there is a problem and doesn't just let the employee decide to not help someone. I think this interaction I had today is a sign of a giant store that doesn't really truly care about the individual anymore. Too bad, no wonder people are on edge around the country- we are alienated and stuck with services that really make our lives complicated. I will never go to this store again and because of this will probably leave Verizon.
