They have a hidden charge of $40 per device charge for them to tell you about the device and set it up. I transferred my information through my Apple ID, and all he did was assign me a number, but I still had to pay the setup fee, and they charged the standard activation fee of $ 35. So basically, you pay a $70 fee to start service with them. I wasn't happy when I got a bill a week later for the next month because I had just paid for a month's usage and already had to pay for another month. I started service 10 days before the end of the billing cycle but got charged for a full month. I don't know why they don't pro-rated service when you start service two thirds the way through the billing cycle.

I came in on June 22, around 6pm. Jared was there and helped me out tremendously. Even though he couldn’t fix my phone, Jared was patient enough to limp my old phone into transferring my files. My phone didn’t have any files backed up, and if Jared wouldn’t have done this, I could have lost all of the stuff on my phone. Jared went above and beyond, and even stayed late to get me my new phone. I am not from Springfield, so I really wanted to get this done so I could more easily get back to PA, and Jared made it happen. Thanks Jared for helping me and for being an awesome person. May God richly bless you for the kindness you showed me.

Will never return to the East Sunshine store and advise no one else to either. They completely messed up the trade in credit on two phones(two separate lines). Added a new line, they did not give promotional credit for the new line. Traded an iPhone 12 Pro for on a new phone for the added line. Did not get credit on bill. I traded a 11 to upgrade on another line. They credited me for XR (which is of lower value of course) instead of the 11. They also discontinued a discount I had been getting when they processed our purchase that day. It has taken numerous calls and investigating to get to the bottom of this and it is still not fixed yet. Have located the phones we traded- one was shipped to Verizon from this store and the other is still at their store after 1 and 1/2 months. Verizon has been fantastic at helping me sort this out and locate our trade ins. Wish I’d have read the reviews for this store before giving them my business. This Russell Cellular store is terrible. Don’t go there.

Sucked... Austin wants tips and won't fix my issue with my new phone without charging me for every problem... I'll go to the other stores before I go back there. They have my cellular issues so screwed up... they left me in a mess that is likely to cost me in the future... I've been with this company since they were Alltel...if you walk in, it's going to cost you ?

I’m going across the pond at the end of the month and had no clue how my phone would work or what I needed to do. Russell, the man himself, explained me my options and was able to hook me up with a one month/one time charge international plan! Big corporate stores give me anxiety and I find it hard to trust that they always have their customers best interest in mind and are not just money hungry shmucks.At this store I felt heard and like I was talking with a genuinely kind person. Thank you Russell!
