Based on the reviews, Versona is a store where the quality of clothes is fine and beautiful. The customer service is excellent, with staff who help customers get situated in a dressing room and work with them to order correct sizes when they are not in stock. However, there is a frustrating experience with the store’s return policy. If a customer does not have the exact physical receipt, even with other clear proof of purchase like an email and the same card, the store will not process a full return and only offers store credit. One store manager is described as outstanding for making an impressive presentation to a high school debate team about professional dress.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a store that both me and my daughters can shop in and find things we all love. The customer service was excellent. They helped us get situated in a dressing room, kept tabs on us, and worked with us to order correct sizes when they didn't have them in stock. I get sucked in every time...

Huge shout out to Jackie Dobson (store manager - Springfield MO). She and her staff are fabulous. The Glendale debate team needed guidance with professional dress and Jackie came to our high school and made an impressive presentation to the entire debate class. She is outstanding!!!
