“Plaza Jet Wash is one of the best car washes I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here for years, and the owner is doing an amazing job — whenever he’s there, he’s hands-on, helping customers, and you can tell he genuinely cares about people and their experience. That alone sets this place apart.
The car wash is always very clean and well maintained, the water pressure is strong, and the soap smells amazing and actually gets your car very clean. Everything works properly, which isn’t always the case at other car washes.
I’ve seen some 1-star reviews and honestly don’t agree with them at all. I’ve never experienced or witnessed any of the things being mentioned. My experiences here have always been positive, consistent, and professional. If you want a reliable, well-run car wash where the owner truly takes pride in his business, I highly recommend Plaza Jet Wash.”
“Randy runs a great business! He got me in for window tint within 24 hours, and was done within 1 hour. He has a waiting area for anyone that doesn’t have a ride. I would hands down recommend him to anyone! He definitely knows what he’s doing!”
“I can’t emphasize enough what a fantastic job Denzel did on my 2012 Honda Fit. He managed to get rid of all evidence of the many car trips involving my dogs. Max communicated cost elements and what those costs covered clearly. While not cheap it was well worth every penny for such high level results.”

“We had oil leak out of a snow blower and while we were lucky enough to have a WeatherTech mat, it still did seep out a bit, leaving an awful smell in the car. I called up the shop and they were able to take a look and get it detailed the same day. They assured me it would look as beautiful as the day I got it, and they were right. I’m so impressed and so grateful! I’ll be honest, the price was more than I was expecting ($275) but I hadn’t ever had this done before and had no point of reference. I’ll post some before and after’s!!”

“I just had my truck in for it's second coating. Last year I had them coat it but with no holes in the door jams, this year I decided to get the holes after seeing a similar model year truck with its rocker panels rotted out. They triple checked to make sure that's what I wanted before drilling the holes! Great staff that do a good job and this stuff works! It will keep the rust at bay! If you plan to keep your vehicle long term I highly recommend you get it undercoated with Krown to prevent the salt on the roads in the winter from slowly rotting away your vehicle.”

“I'm a bit hesistant about unfamiliar drive theu car washes, but i was headed to a meeting and my cadillac hadnt been washed while i was away for a bit.
It ised 2 clothes washes over the wondshield and rinsed 3 times!
There werent any brush marks afterwards ??
The vaccum was strong and free ?
The guy who took the order was very polite and helpful.

“It's cheaper than another local car. Wash, $25 for highest wash. All the equipment seemed to be working right. Automatic car washes never dry your car off totally, but like I said there's no ones that really do that so not really points off for that. Friendly staff, not pushy about membership. Will definitely go again”

“I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. “Love this place! They do an amazing job from start to finish! They take time to power wash and scrub by hand at the start of the car wash. I’ve brought my vehicles to them for years and am always so happy with how great the interior and exterior looks. They have a great lounge while you wait for your car with coffee, massage chair, benches, high top seating, and things for purchase. Restrooms are clean and tidy. I always recommend this place for the interior/exterior cleanings. I’ve also used their oxy service to get a car to smell clean (after a trip to the river, it was much needed) - I was amazed how fresh the vehicles get with the treatment. 10/10.”

“[Sometimes ]the machines do not honor the money put in. [Sometimes] the sprayers do not work properly. Its a hit or miss and likely due to other customers however getting a call back from the number posted ' good luck with that. Ive never had a call returned. Over all I love this place!************ If there's a dry bay- assume its because of one of the sometimes listed above ! Pick a wet bay! **************Any hour of the clock i1ts sure to be11 a see what ya get type of place!”

“Best detail shop in all of the St. Louis area!!!!! I’ve used several detail shops over the years ,and now I will never use another . MIT clean is as professional as they come! Car looked like new again ,and it was disgustingly stained all inside and paint looked horrible when I dropped it off. Very fast turn around time as well!”
