“My brand new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 only had 1,000 miles on it and was hit in a parking lot on the right corner of the rear bumper. The person that hit my car left their name and number, which I was thankful for, but I had to get the car fixed. I got a couple of estimates, but I really liked Gittemeier and decided to have them repair my new car. The car needed a new bumper and to have it painted. They were able to get my car done in just 1 day and the most impressive part to me was it came to be cheaper than the original estimate given. I felt they were super down to earth and honest. The work was excellent, the paint matches perfectly, and the car looks good as new. I found out the guy I was talking to there the whole time was the owner, which was really awesome to know he is so involved in the day-to-day work there. I had an awesome experience there and would highly recommend them for auto body work!”

My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Ford Expedition from Pundmann Ford, and our experience couldn’t have been better, thanks entirely to our sales rep, Jack Schellenger.
We originally planned to buy a used Expedition, but after doing some research, we realized that purchasing a new one was going to be a better option for us. So, we decided to visit Pundmann Ford to check out their lineup of new Expeditions.
From the moment we walked in, Jack greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions.
As anyone who has bought a new car knows, the process can take some time, but Jack and the rest of the Pundmann team made every minute of it enjoyable. Jack was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. We were especially impressed with how much time he spent with us, showing us how to make the most of all of the features our new car had to offer.

“I chose Rick's because it was covered under the insurance of the person who hit me, but I will choose them again for all future collision repairs! Their customer service is exceptional, the repair work was beautiful and they even vacuumed my interior and washed my cars exterior when the work was complete! They also had a nice feature that sent me auto texts to let me know The status of my repair. 10/10 recommend!”
“Had a great experience with Body Works. We had a a car port collapse on my vehicle, and had damage from all the way from the roof racks to the front bumper. They did great work, it looked brand new! You can’t tell which parts were repaired vs replaced, everything was seamless. The paint match was great. We did notice a small spot that wasn’t buffed out once we got home, but we took it right back to the shop and they fixed it for us on the spot! Great work, would definitely use them again if we needed body work done!”

He is one of the nicest and most helpful person I’ve come across in customer service in a VERY long time. Sadly, you just don’t see it anymore. So many people that work in retail, medical field, or any other place that works with the public simply just do not care about the person standing in front of them. They just work there to get a paycheck.

“They installed an LED light package on my Wrangler a couple of months ago and I was so pleased! Today I called with a huge favor. I purchased a Reese trailer hitch, and was having difficulty installing it myself. So I thought I should call Pur Performance and see if they could help. Jason was so accommodating! I needed this hitch put on my 2025 jeep wrangler to haul bikes for our vacation. He made it happen same day! I would highly recommend!!!
When it comes time for my lift kit, 35s, and custom bumpers on my Wrangler, there is no question.
