βYes overall Iβm happy with the service. My car drives like new. Although I got maintenance done brakes and tires no major repairs. I just spent more money they expected. But Iβm pleased with the outcome. The shop lobby was very impressive it smelled so nice every visit there. That made it inviting lol.β

βI had a sudden flat tire caused by a puncture that had apparently been there for some time. Thankfully, this auto shop was able to help me even though I didn’t have an appointment. My husband’s Mazda was already there for maintenance, and they kindly took care of my tire at the same time.β

βIf you need car body work, I can't recommend Elite Customs & Collision enough! Mike Godat and his team do incredible work and genuinely care about their customers. Most recently, I needed my daughter's car repaired right before she moved away for college. Elite got us in quickly, which was an absolute lifesaver during an already stressful move. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Elite is a shining star!β

βWhen looking for auto repair...if you enjoy a beautiful waiting room with a latte machine and pastry tray; this is not the place. If you want good and honest repairs by mechanics that know their stuff, then Lindenwood should be your choice. Definitely not fancy, but they have been my goto auto repair place for years.β

βHad a great experience with Body Works. We had a a car port collapse on my vehicle, and had damage from all the way from the roof racks to the front bumper. They did great work, it looked brand new! You canβt tell which parts were repaired vs replaced, everything was seamless. The paint match was great. We did notice a small spot that wasnβt buffed out once we got home, but we took it right back to the shop and they fixed it for us on the spot! Great work, would definitely use them again if we needed body work done!β
βCame down from Chicago to visit my brother in St. Charles. My transmission went out on my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. I had it towed to Old Town where Matt fixed it. Matt even came in on his day off because I needed something else done and he made sure he fixed that problem. As soon as I got back to Chicago I called Matt to thank him. Matt donβt treat his customers right for the love of money, but I truly feel he cares about his customers.β

βWe held a surprise party here in their event space for my dad's 70th Birthday. Not only did he have a great time, but our experience was capped with the helpfulness of the staff. They assisted us in collecting guests at the door, set up and clean up. So friendly and helpful. The event space was super clean, they had nice clean bathrooms. The space is accessible via the gift shop and stairs, but they also have a direct entrance that doesn't have any stairs, which was great for our party. They also had my dad's name up on one of their signs in the space, it was so cute. We brought all of our own snacks and drinks and our guests had a great time going down to check out the cars before they left the party. For some reason no one gifted my dad a new car for his birthday though. Haha! I will recommend this spot to anyone looking for a party space.β
