When I walked in there, it was like Costco for motorcycle gear. Helmets, boots, protective sweatshirts, jeans, jackets, everything. I found the helmet I wanted, and I asked for assistance in order to determine if I had the correct fit. I had chosen the wrong size, but with the help of a sales person I was able to find one that fit me securely and safely. I will certainly go back.”

He went above and beyond because he didn’t have to help me reset the error emergency lights, but he did. He came out with me to my car when I had said I was willing to look it up on the internet and was very professional. He could have fobbed me off and made me reset my car myself. “This place is extremely professional and did incredible work on my brand new car. I can't tell I ever had damage on my car. They completed the work very quickly (a couple days) and the work was very high quality. They worked with me when I needed my car back quicker than expected and gave me my vehicle back extremely clean (outside and the inside). They even buffed out scratches before they ever quoted me any work which was so nice. They were honest about the price and how much it could be if sensors would have to be recalibrated, so a lower end price up to a higher end estimate so I would be totally prepared for the final price of the work. Every staff member I interacted with were so kind and friendly and I will absolutely recommend this place for anyone needing auto body work.”

“I just had the best experience by one of your employees: Torrie.
My AC was not working and I came in looking for a fix. Torrie explained the different options brought me the Sub Zero product to recharge my AC, and shared the price. I was hesitant, and wanted to consult my husband, he was understanding and then went above and beyond to come to my car and test my AC with a gauge.
He showed me that the product would be worth the money and I was sold!
I came in bought the product, and some others and then Torrie again went out of his way to help me and showed me how to recharge my AC if it ever happened again.

“I recently switched to this dealership due to them, sending me promotional mailings. The promotional mailings were nice mailings with coupons and different service specials. I did not purchase my vehicle here, however, it meant a lot to me that they thought enough of me, to send me coupons and different mailings. I chose to get an emissions test done today. The service was of the highest standards. The staff was very pleasant upon checking in and pleasant upon checking out. Your vehicle gets a complementary car wash with a service, which I absolutely love! The very best part is the complementary car wash! Those detailers are amazing! I have checked the vehicle over I could not find any imperfections! I'm not exactly sure who is detailing the cars, but they do a wonderful job! ! They were very attentive to the vehicle"s needs!! I love the detailer or detailers at the shop! I have to tell you, they don't damage your vehicle or anything like that, I do check. Now inside the customer lounge is clean with a nice TV to watch. There's complementary water, coffee or hot chocolate. This was a little concerning due to Bommarito's hospitality at other dealerships Normally Bommarito provide customers with a variety ice creams and different snacks! I love when my mom gets her car serviced and needs me to take her to pick it up! It's always a treat to go into the Volkswagen lounge!As far as the mechanics go, I feel as if I can trust this dealership with my vehicle and they provide upfront pricing so you know exactly what you may be getting into.I highly recommend any Bommarito, especially for their hospitality and complementary car, washes and coupons! I know they're running a business, but customers love coupons, especially me!”

We took it to Harvestown Auto and right away the owner came out and took care of us him and his guys were able to crash wrap the window and get the door back on the track so we could drive it until we could make other arrangements to have it repaired.
