“I have to say the more I use Bauer tools the more I'm impressed with their performance. Here is something I am even more impressed with. The owners manual dedicated four pages to safety for a bench grinder. I'm 73 years old and have used power tools, stationary and portable, of all types almost daily. They even included a chart on the proper extension cord if used. It is simple and easy to follow and includes Amps at load,cord length and wire Gauge. I mentioned this my grandchildren like to visit my shop, and safty has been the first subject and practice we address.”
“I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”
