“After using one of the "Big Box" stores for countertop installation, resulting in a measured-too-narrow countertop, and broken cabinet doors, I was apprehensive and leery of all companies when I shopped around for a replacement countertop. Affordable was WONDERFUL! The resulting countertop looks great, and everyone involved, from showroom to installation, was professional and friendly. Unlike many of the other companies I visited, Affordable is far from pretentious. At no time did I feel I was being judged or pressured into any material-type or design. The installers arrived on time, answered any questions, and finished earlier than I'd expected. I didn't entirely realize how messed-up the "Big Box" installation was until the Affordable one was installed. I'd almost felt I was being too judgmental until I heard the Affordable guys remarking to each other about the how parts of the prior installation were odd, and to look out for questionable materials and installation techniques. Friends and family have commented on how good the kitchen looks now. Even though their showroom is over 30 miles from my home, it was worth the drive. In fact, since Affordable also does bathrooms, I will most assuredly be contacting them again in a few monthes for that project. After my prevous contractor retired, and then living with the disastrous results left by the Big Box people, it is so, SO very reassuring to know I have found in Affordable a company that I can trust, and will always recommend.”

“I needed to order a hardwood to match hardwood we installed in our house several years ago. Jason was able to find the company and get an order. He was great about keeping up with the status of the order and getting it to the house. He also provided a list of different hardwood flooring installers and suggested a couple that had good feedback. We ended up hiring Tim Scott from A Step Above Flooring. Tim was quick to get us an estimate, and was on time and did a great job with the installation and clean up! All around great experience!”
