The store on first capital is the worst Metro PCS by T-Mobile I have ever been to in my entire life. I have had the worst experience with this store 4 times in row! At first it was with the same person so I thought maybe if I asked for someone else maybe it’ll be different… NOPE!!! Just horrible! The sad part is this is the closest store for miles and they only treat the Hispanic people good ? which is sad because my money spends just like theirs!! I’ve been lied to and charged way more than I should have on more than one occasion.

The girl in Wentzville tries very hard to help as much as she can. The girl in St Charles was sweet as well. They both could use more help. Sometimes short on phones but for the price you can't beat the phone service. Internet price is much better than Spectrum and all you have to do is plug it in and power up. Cut that cord from cable. Get rid of Spectrum and AT&T. You won't regret it. I promise you

I had a horrific devastating experience at the North Oaks location a month long ordeal with my phone and it was still never resolved but after talking with the manager of this store CIRO expeditiously rectified my demise I'm so very grateful

Ciro is very customer oriented and does an outstanding job resolving issues. Spent a day between customer service and the wentzville location with no resolution, Ciro had me in and out, situation resolved in 15 minutes. I will take the extra 15 minute drive to St Charles if I have to go back in the store.

Ciro.....hey that guy is PHENOMENAL!!! He helped me with everything that had to do transferring all pictures etc to my new phone. He gave me great conversation as well as unexpected laughter!!!! Superb customer service I tell you!!!! Ciro....stay at being great and don't lose it!!!

First of all let me premise this review by saying I was a very unhappy Boost Mobile phone customer. Boost Mobile head really complicated things but Victor and Ciro at this T-Mobile store powered through and got it fixed. Victor literally hunted through hundreds of phone models to find the right one so that I could use my trade-in. They're determined to make it work for you and are as friendly as anyone ever ask for. I'm now a happy T-Mobile user and so is the rest of my household. Thanks again, guys!

Ciro was the best representative of any metro store I visited. I' totally illerate when it comes to phones. He explained the value of choosing this phone and set everything or met answered and showed everything I needed. I definitely rate him 20 out of 10.

I absolutely loveddd my Metro experience. Victor was the most patient and kind individual! He assisted myself and my family with new upgrades and amazing customer service! Our experience was definitely worth the 40 minute drive from North County!!!! I highly recommend if you are looking for affordable pricing and excellent service.

This experience was the worst. Store manager Ciao of Latino descent was serving three Latino customers when I walked in wanting to buy a replacement for a phone on one of my 4 lines. I had to wait, which was fine, and I said I'll be in my car just to make sure I was next in line. Another Latin descent woman walked into the store, and I walked back in after her. After sitting down and waiting, I was informed by that manager that she was in fact next in line. After I mentioned that she wasn't there before, he informed me that I have an attitude and he wouldn't help me anyway. I got discriminated because I wasn't Latino? Or Mexican? Or what was the reason. I left and went to Wenztville store down hwy 70 and whole transaction took 10 min. My pics are from there. I beg people never to go to First Capitol location ever. It is reserved for people of certain background and you will be discriminated upon based on your appearance. I strongly believe that the manager lacks customer service skills and should be fired immediately.
