“Was promised delivery on Saturday. It's now Monday and no washer! "Supervisor" called never apologized for their lack of communication. Has a thousand and one excuses and wanted to talk about payment when I haven't even received merchandise. When I said please let's not talk about payment when the washer hasn't been delivered. She copped and aditude saying she was gonna help me but now she'll wait on delivery and they will charge for next week too! I tried to cancel my contract and they keep hanging up on me. She was rude ,disrespectful and loud. Should not be in customer service. I called customer service and have to wait for a phone call back. Received phone call later in the day . Regional manager apologized and was quite professional. Said he wanted to make things right. Said he'd have washer delivered when it was convenient. Boyfriend said delivery personnel was quick and professional. Delivery was on time .”
“My gas oven went out the week before Thanksgiving. After shopping around, the Lemcke price was $30 more but since their delivery/haul away was only $75 cash, I ended up saving $125. (I did tip on top of that!) They delivered the day before Thanksgiving and the two delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. My second appliance from there. VERY happy!”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“I bought a used washer and dryer front end loaders for $300 they came with a 60 day warranty. Had a little problem with the washer but since the do their own repairs they were able to get their repairman over the same day and he was extremely professional and friendly fixed the problem. Even buttoned up a couple of other issues I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend this store.”

“Earlier this week I woke up to every breastfeeding mom’s nightmare… a fridge going out with over 200 ounces of breastmilk inside of it!! Luckily we were able to get the milk to a deep freeze in time so that my hard work stashing extra milk wouldn’t go to waste. Then I called Kim Zimmer and she worked hard to help me find a new fridge that I would love. She made sure it got to me ASAP so I would have somewhere safe to store my sons extra milk! I definitely recommend Kim at Autco for all of your appliance needs!!”
