  Alexis needs help on her customer service
  I work for another company and client called to get info and Alexis was very unpleasant for being asked some basic questions

  It's worst bank ever I don't recommend this bank to nobody customer service are bad the process to cash checks is wierd and long they keep your checks for long time so they can make interest on them anyway it was mistake have account with them but I will close my account sooner
