The store was friendly and clean. I was put on a waiting list as soon as I walked in, the store was very busy. (Sunday afternoon) My associate, Parker, was so helpful and made the process of switching and establishing service easy and painless. He answered all my questions and explained everything well. I went toAT&T as I was having issues with my phone. I got Lou who was fantastic. My phone had a lot of problems and he was so patient, professional, calm, and able to get my phone working. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my very positive interaction with Lou and this AT&T.
