Jess took the time we needed to work through our windows, shared resources, watched youtube installation videos with my contractor and was just absolutely patient and very knowledgeable.The windows came very near the date expected, no unexpected delays--which is unheard of right now and Sprint communicated with us all along the way. And besides, the windows (Andersen) look beautiful! Thank you sprint and thank you Jess!”

I had a couple of issues, which were not the manager's fault, but only his position could resolve these issues. He calmly, professionally and efficiently took care of these issues. He actually went above and beyond. They will work with you on any issues and not stop until the customer is satisfied. All staff were so friendly and nice.
