Very disappointed called several times to schedule an estimate never heard back. I would consider going elsewhere have had a lot of my friends and family since then have problem at this business as well.

Cost ended up being quite a bit more than I was quoted. I was not contacted before the work was already done that it would be more expensive than the quoted price(not nice folks). But they did lower it a bit on a part cost.

Chris did an excellent job. My old Lexus had broken bumper tabs causing the bumper to sag on one side. Ken Smith auto body replaced the entire bumper and tabs (albeit at a cost of $1690) but within 3 months it started to come off on both sides . I was disappointed to say the least. I decided to take it back to Ken Smith Autobody where I met Chris. He was very understanding and explained the problem to me . Apparently 1 in 10 bumpers want to go back to their original shape and don’t stay in place. He ordered a new bumper and tabs and got the job done for no extra cost . He also had the front metal grille painted for a small amount as it had some ugly stains on it. My car looks brand new now. Thanks Chris and Smith auto body for the excellent work. I will be taking my wife’s car there shortly.

My car was hit by another vehicle while it was parked in front of my house. Ken Smith Autobody was able to get me in faster than I expected and did a great job on my car. I was in a difficult situation and they made it a lot less stressful. Thanks, guys!

Just had another repair done by this great hometown family business. If I recall correctly they did my first ever repair back in 1974 or ‘75. So they have treated me great for 49 to 50 years now! Always excellent and honest work. Thank you Ken Smith Auto Body and the whole Brown family.

These guys do overlap work even if you tell them not to.
Ontop of that they will make sure to add so much labor and fees to where even if all you had to pay was the co pay, then when you tell them give me time to pay they just put a mechanics lean on your vehicle. And have it repoed. Once that happens they get paisld by your lendor, and you get stuck with there bill that already exist, and a repo fee plus the impound fees.
I highly recommend you just go anywhere else.

We had taken our vehicle to Ken Smith after an accident. From the very first phone call we were treated like "family" not just a random customer. They went above and beyond to make sure insurance did not dictate our repair. We have our vehicle back and it's just like new. I cannot say enough good things to make them realize how their customer service and repair to our vehicle was. Thank you!!!

Totalled my car @ 7 AM on a Monday driving to work....nice way to start my week!I was in a frenzy and wasn't sure what to do. Called my ex and he immediately said to call Randy's. Randy answered and was so kind to get Donny to Trimble to help tow my car and gave me a ride home to Plattsburg. Wow! Thank you Randy and Donny for making my bad situation bearable. Fast and great quality work. Our 3 month old Explorer had a severe door ding in the door. It dented the metal in over a 3 inch area and at one point even exposed bare metal. They had the car 3 days and when we got it back it looked brand new again. Their work lasts as well. I once had some body work done at another shop and 5 years later it started rusting out and cost a ton to fix properly. I know that when Ken Smith fixes it, it will be like new and I won't have it rusting out in a few years.Service: Auto body & trim repair
